Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down wooden shutters only of any description area exceeding 1.0 sqm and not exceeding 2.0 sqm each and refixing in same opening after necessary easing, adjustments, minor repairs, oiling, adjustment with cutting or fixing plain fillets/planks made from second class hard wood etc to remove gap between floor and shutter complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) sliding window three track with frame & two numbers glass shutters using 4 mm thick glass (tinted ) and one number shutter with stainless steel wire gauge wire cloth 0.31 mm nominal dia of wire and width of aperture 1.61 mm complete window using aluminium powder coated sections including aluminium cleat, PVC track, bearing, handle lock, rubber beading, beading for securing the wire cloth etc complete fittings as approved and directed. Size of aluminium sections for frame and shutters shall be as under :- (A) Three Track Frame :- (a) Bottom frame :- Jindal 2010, Section 20620 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE. (b) Top and vertical frame - Jindal 2010, Section 20621 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE. (B) Shutters (a) Glazing Shutter :- (i) Vertical side, bottom and top section - Jindal 2010, Section 20604 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Vertical middle (interlock) section - Jindal 2010, Section 20605 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE. (b) Wire gauge shutter :- (i) Vertical, bottom and top section - Jindal 2010, Section 20604 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE. Note :- (i) Cost of Glass, wire cloth, three shutter and three track frame alongwith fixtures etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Measurement for payment shall be the opening area of the window between inner edges of wall.

Supply & fixing aluminium anodised frames/chowkhats, made out of aluminium section powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) for window, ventilators and aluminium partition with one or more rebates or without rebate including joining cleat for fixing etc., the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawal plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fasteners. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The weight of each section shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after the actual weight at site.

Supply & fixing anodised aluminium window shutter (glazed or gauzed), side and top hung type without sash bars, made out of aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/mtr, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings (each shutter) such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos) suitable handle (1 No.), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Aluminium chowkhat/ frame, Glass, wiremesh and grill where required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply & fixing aluminium Powder coated grill of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the window and ventilator frames with CP brass/stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frame of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with two resistant grade unsaturated polyester plain and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing to door frames 30mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

Supply & fixing Factory made prefabricated Pressed steel Door frame made out of mild steel 1.25mm thick girth of frame 185mm including necessary MS rawl plug/bolts and fixing 75mm long butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel etc and shutter including stiffeners made out of mild steel sheet 1.25mm thick cut to size, holes punched and welded seams including bending or turning up all around, mitred angle etc as required with Locking arrangement using mild steel mortise lock 4 levers with 2 Nos of keys of size 100mm (Make Godrej/Harison/Navtal) including MS chromium plated handle and 2 Nos MS locking rods out of 8 mm dia not exc 1000mm long fixed to mortise lock and handle with necessary bolts and nuts covered by MS sheet 1.25 mm thick complete including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a shop coat of zinc chromate primer on interior surface (not -visible from front) and hammer tone paint on exterior surface ( visible from front) as per Godrej Pattern including taking out old shutter with frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing kitchen cabinet and cubboard in required sizes at site made out of 18mm thick PVC sheet (prelam) having one side decorative laminated sheet (for shutter, back side of cabinet, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves etc). All the edges of shutter and front exposed edge of partition/shelves shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape as per manufacturer. Including all required fixing material such as SS brackets, screws, adhesive etc., including taking out old any type cabinet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The area of each sheet (shutter, back side of cabinet, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves) shall be measured in sqm for payment. (ii) Magnetic catcher, handle/knob, continuous Piano hinges and PVC frame (where required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ. (iii) Any other material required for making/fixing/hanging of cabinet shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Note : - Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only.

Supply and fixing factory made pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60mm (thickness of sheet shall be 1.25mm) for doors with one or more rebates including necessary lugs and lock strike plate, etc. , including fixing only butt hinges suitable Nos as directed for each leaf, and making good the wall with plaster in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20 mm graded aggregated as in back filling of pressed steel door frame/chowkhat and bed block for fixing of hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutter 35mm thick made out of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panel (two panels) inserts of 9mm BWP commercial ply. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing factory made glazed and skeleton shutter 35mm thick made out of 2nd class hard wood kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., but divided into squares, with plain chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, gauze etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, plateform, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 16-18mm thickness approved shade granite of minimum size equal to width of slab (not less than 600mm wide, length wise single or two pieces only) machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polishing and chamfering the outer edges (table rubbed and mirror polished) as in cooking platform and like laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed bed including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including accomodate the hole for gas pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 16 to 18 mm thick, Kota stone slab (size of slab not less than 500x550mm for flooring and in single piece for treads of staircase), laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular as per site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 16-18mm thick, Kota stone slab as in skirting, dado and on pillar, laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish ) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces as per any one of the two method as specified in PSS-II respective clause of CA complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge/GE. Note : (i) Work shall be executed through specialized agency (ii) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufactures instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The name of firm shall be got approved from CWE before carrying out the work. (iii) Treatment should be continue on sunken floor and on vertical walls of sunken portion. (iv) PCC filling under sunken area will be measured & paid separately.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for 40mm bore medium grade tube galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete concealed including groove cutting for concealing to walls & ceiling or laid in floor and making good disturbed surface with cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick terracing tiles single layer from roof laid and pointed in cement mortar ncluding cleaning and stacking serviceable tiles for re use and balance unserviceable tiles removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition/taking out of mud from roofs, any thickness, including removing / cutting uprooting grass, vegetations and roots of small plants etc on roof and surrounding/parapit wall etc, including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Preparing surface of top roof slab including sides of parapits and cleaned of all foreign materials such as fungues, moss, dust, loose particle etc by wire brushing, sprinkling water on the surface and ensure water does not stand anywhere. If it is so, the roof surface shall be leveled with cement mortar and after that surface shall be painted with one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr per sqm, applied over primed surface APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application, torching with overlaps as recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles laid/bedded on screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), on existing lime concrete surfaces of roof, joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with liquid WPC @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg and including flush pointing as work proceed with same material complete all as specified in clause 11.27.3 of MES Sch Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Material and labour for covering the crumple joint between walls, beams, columns by 0.56 mm thick Plain Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) including fixing material and takig out old sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cement used modified cement slurry non shrinks compound in concrete/RCC work. Made with recommended by the manufacture into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of GE. Note :- The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning point, filling the Joints with bituminous sealing compound of grade ‘A’/bitumen mastic filler/sealant complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 15mm bore including fitting/connection from wall, ceiling, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 15mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floor including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 20mm bore including fitting/connection from wall, ceiling, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Re-fixing old serviceable 20mm bore galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) but new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. in new or old portion/position to walls, ceiling, floor etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Old serviceable pipe obtained from taking up or down (here-in-before) item of this BOQ shall be reused after necessary cleaning internally and rerunning the old screw threads as required.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 20mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floor including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 40mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floor including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical, triple layered with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including making inlet and out let connection including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description and capicity with float valve and gate valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing serviceable PVC tanks (OHT) of capacity upto 500 litre, setting aside or lowering for repairs, cleaning , etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in original position including all inlet and outlet water connection (as per existing) after removing all scale and dirt from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 20mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve 0.68 kg

Supply and fixing in replacement bib tap with Wall Flange cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, long body, with round head/knob, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Cat part No CON-107KN of Jaquar or Techno commercial equivalent in make mentioned in Appx 'B'

Supply and laying/fixing 60 mm thick (M35 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory made chamfered edge (made by using PU moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using cement concrete and pigment, prepolished & preglazed, with approved colour, design & pattern as in foot parth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., laid in required colour & pattern, over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand cushining, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement:3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description such as slab/OHT staging, kitchen chimeny, chajjas, fins, shelves, OHT etc, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and prepare the surface to casting/jointing new including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6mm maximum size) incl the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corner etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/week concrete material 25mm average thickness from slabs, beams/columns etc with mannual Chisel or standard power driven percussion type all of approved makes incl tapering of all edges, making square shoulder of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and throughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removel of rust by applying approved rust remover chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer @ 6 Sqm per Litre at DFT of 100 micron as per manufacturer's instruction and specification, including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance from the site as directed complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Sika / Fosroc/Pidilite or Techno commercial equivalent make approved by GE in writing from E-in-C's approved list. Note : Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator.

Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4kg/sqm cut to lengths, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including cost of material, labour, tools and plants incl welding/L-clip/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, cooler stand , grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work or water tanks and similar work including welding work and new nut bolts as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Material and labour for structural steel work, framed work made by using rolled mild steel Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently distance pieces, cleats or other connecting plates, gusset plates, brackets, bending and welding, riveting etc, and cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw, conforming to Gde Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting out concrete blocks, slabs, brickwork or stone masonry (in alter nate course), forming tooth-ings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work, including new materials entering old wall ie PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using sanded paper, clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered Internal wall surface by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge:- (a) Applying Wall care putty in two coats on wall surface and smoothening the surfcae with sand papers by Mechanical method (hand electric grinder) prepatory to paint as directed. (b) Two coats of interior acrylic paint of approved tint over a coat of cement primer by using paint brush / Roller.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered external wall surface by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge:- (a) Applying Wall care putty in two coats on wall surface and smoothening the surfcae with sand papers by Mechanical method (hand electric grinder) prepatory to paint as directed. (b) Two coats of wheather proof exterior acrylic paint of approved tint over a coat of cement primer by using paint brush / Roller.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered / unplastered) of ceiling by remove / scraping down all smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean including applying wall care putty where required for filling to depressions/nail holes/light cracks etc and to make surface even and smooth, and after preparing the surface smooth applying One coat of lime white wash with paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on Old external wall surfaces of any desciption, preperation of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vaccum Bag using Smart periodical methodology, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge and applying the following:- (a) Applying Wall care putty in two coats for filling to depression of scraped surface/nail holes/light cracks etc and smoothening the surfcae with sand papers by Mechanical method (hand electric grinder) prepatory to paint as directed. (b) Two coats of exterior acrylic paint of approved tint over a coat of cement primer on old prepared surface by using paint brush / Roller. Note : Contractor may use manual scraping tools for complete removal and surface prepration with prior approval of Engr-in-chrge in case of places where using of Mechanical equiment are not posiible.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on Old internal wall surfaces of any desciption, preperation of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vaccum Bag using Smart periodical methodology, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge and applying the following:- (a) Applying Wall care putty in two coats for filling to depression of scraped surface/nail holes/light cracks etc and smoothening the surfcae with sand papers by Mechanical method (hand electric grinder) prepatory to paint as directed.
