Size of aluminium sections for frame and shutters shall be as under :- (A) Three Track Frame :- (a) Bottom frame :- Jindal 2010, Section 20620 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE. (b) Top and vertical frame - Jindal 2010, Section 20621 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE. (B) Shutters (a) Glazing Shutter :- (i) Vertical side, bottom and top section - Jindal 2010, Section 20604 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Vertical middle (interlock) section - Jindal 2010, Section 20605 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE. (b) Wire gauge shutter :- (i) Vertical, bottom and top section - Jindal 2010, Section 20604 or Techno commercial equivalent as approved by GE. Note :- (i) Cost of Glass, wire cloth, three shutter and three track frame alongwith fixtures etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Measurement for payment shall be the opening area of the window between inner edges of wall.
Supply & fixing aluminium anodised frames/chowkhats, made out of aluminium section powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) for window, ventilators and aluminium partition with one or more rebates or without rebate including joining cleat for fixing etc., the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawal plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fasteners. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The weight of each section shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after the actual weight at site.
Supply & fixing anodised aluminium window shutter (glazed or gauzed), side and top hung type without sash bars, made out of aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/mtr, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings (each shutter) such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos) suitable handle (1 No.), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Aluminium chowkhat/ frame, Glass, wiremesh and grill where required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.
Supply & fixing aluminium Powder coated grill of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the window and ventilator frames with CP brass/stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply & fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frame of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with two resistant grade unsaturated polyester plain and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for providing kitchen cabinet and cubboard in required sizes at site made out of 18mm thick PVC sheet (prelam) having one side decorative laminated sheet (for shutter, back side of cabinet, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves etc). All the edges of shutter and front exposed edge of partition/shelves shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape as per manufacturer. Boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by using trenchless boring machine or by manual manpower suitable for inserting GI pipe any dia upto 50mm including removal of surplus soil and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Pipe for inserting as required shall be measured and paid for separately.
Material and labour for extra wiring for inverter socket out going to DB with 1.5 Sqmm single core, FRLSH PVC (using colour coding as directed) insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through existing conduit (conduit for point wiring already catered in point wiring item of BOQ) including making connection to DB and inverter socket) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing plug top 5/6Amp 3 pin good quality suitable for 240 volts, AC supply for inverter socket complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing socket outlet flush type (ISI marked), 25Amps (for inverter point), fixed on laminated sheet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Laminated sheet shall be measured and paid in point wiring item of BOQ).
Disconnecting electric connection and taking down carefully serviceable electronic/electric energy meter single phase and keep in safe custudy. After the building repair work or as directed refixing the same in same Qtr complete with accessories and making electric connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Contractor shall maintain a register duly mentioned KWH meter Ser No for each Qtr and last meter reading and submit to the office as per the direction of Engineer-charge.
