Strengthening of Discharge head alongwith complete replacement of discharge chute assembly i.e. Supply, fabrication, erection, installation, commissioning etc of B-12/13/18/19 conveyors and Vibros at Silo section of Dipka Expansion Project.

Discharge Chute of B-12/13/18/19 & Vibros (8 nos) :- Complete dismantling and removing of old and deteriorated Discharge arrangement, wornout discharge Chute assemblies along with weaken/ rusted supports, structures, floor plates etc by cutting, gouging, unbolting, shiftings etc at site for rectification.

Discharge Chute of B-12/13/18/19 & Vibros (8 nos) :- Fabrication and erection of wornout support structures of discharge head for strengthening. Fabrication & assembling of complete two way Discharge Chute for B-12/13/18/19 and one way Discharge Chute for vibros in sections by flange connection with bolted construction as cutting, welding, setting, aligning, bolting etc including allied works of sealing skirt boards, mountings, hoods arrangements etc as per existing design. (All materials will be provided by contractor)

Painting of complete fabricated structure inluding discharge chute sections, stair case, hoods & allied parts with 3 coats i.e. one coat of red oxide primer, and two coat of enamel paint of approved brand as required.

Providing and fixing of rubber liners (MS moulded washer/inserted reinforced R-type) of 80 mm thickness in the discharge chute in a compact manner to avoid any jamming/obstruction in material flow as per instruction of Engineer Incharge. (Min. SHA 68 degree, elongation at break 500%, ST 190 kg/sq cm, S gravity 1.16).

Proving and fixing of flap gate arrangement Assembly for two way chute with suitable gear actuator for mechanised operation complete with shaft, manganese flap gate, dustproof drives, switches, side hadfield liners etc. as per existing design.

Installation and Commissioning of All Discharge Chute section Assemblies, floor sections along with other accessories and allied works. Qty:- Four nos. of Two way discharge chute Assembly complete and eight nos. of single way Vibro discharge chute Assemblies.

Scope of Work, Quanity Break-up & Additional Terms & Conditions: Please refer to page no. (32-36) of NIT or Annexure uploaded in the tender documents. Note: The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 30 nos.
