All above works shall be executed as per U.P.P.W.D/ U.P.P.T.C.L specification or as directed by Engineer-In-charge

The work may be carried in energized s/s area having high voltage installations contractor must employee trained Supervisor & Labor to work in such electrical hazardous area. All risk to men & materials shall be contractor responsibility

Contractor shall register his labour engaged in construction work in the office of Dy. Labour Commissioner (Hkou ,oa vU; lfUuekZ.k deZdkj ¼fu;kstu rFkk lsok ‘krZ fofu;eu½ vf/kfu;e] 1996)

Testing of material if any required shall be born by the contractor. Nothing shall be paid extra by the department.

Contractor has to put up all relevant drawing to SE (Civil) for approval at his own cost; nothing shall be paid extra for it

As per G.O No. 622/23-12-2012-2. Audit/08 TC dt. 08 June 2012, Contractor has to deposit extra Security/Performance guarantee, if the tendered rates are found below to the department rates.

All civil work shall be executed according to the approved drawings which shall be submitted by firm and which shall be based on traditional UPPTCL drawings and soil test results. Working drawings shall be submitted by the contractor/firm within least time and get them approved by the S.E(Civil) before starting work. In case the construction drawings are issued/made available by the department 1.5% of the gross value of the particular work will be deducted from the bill.

All the tax liability including GST, shall be borne by contracter/firm as per rule.

Pozzlona Portland cement confirming to IS 1489(Part 1) 1991 of approved quality like ACC,Ultra Tech,Birla or equi.shall only be used.

Following dismentled unserviceable materials shall not be taken back and recoverd from the agency's bill as per following rates;

(a) M.S. Items @ Rs. 29.00 per kg.

(b) Brick work @ 1250.00 per Cum

(c )Brick bats @ Rs. 1050.00/Cum.

(d) Wooden leaf @ 60.00 per sqm

(e) Wood (eaten by white ants) @ 1.00 per kg
