Dismantling and taking out u/s old control panel with control wiring up to mid way junction and S & F new control panel with multiple integrated micro processor programmable chip based suitable for auto door, consists of contactors, intergrated mother board & VVVF drive, connectors,assembled in MS Sheet cabinet with lockable hinge door, foot mounted, in powder coated finish, seperate box for breaking resistor and programmed in such a way to operate lift from COP and and comprising with variable voltage, variable frequency drive (VVVF) suitable up to 15 HP motor 240 volts 50Hz controlled by pulse with modulation complete with all safty devices such as over current protection, single phase protection etc. including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection with galvanished sheet trucking 24 SWG including wiring of main motor with 6.0 sq mm copper conductor in PVC insulated, IS Marked etc. including all standard features & fixtures etec all as per IS 14665 for G+5 floors 06 Passenger Lifts.. Taking down and supply and fix hooter with MP3 voice announcement system in the controller and high quality speaker on car top, with necessery provision of shaft wires and travelling cable of size 0.75 Sqmm single core complete as specified. The audio indicator shall anounce floor position, ARD made operation, overload announcement etc and continuous mild music in hindi and can be programmable for additional music. The announcement system shall be in hindi and english. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for G+14 floors 08/13 Passenger Lifts.
