Material and labour for filtration and dehydration of transformer oil of distribution transformer indoor/outdoor type of 11/0.433 KV, 63 KVA to 500 KVA and Power transformer of 33/11 KV, 2.5 MVA minimum three cycle to achieve di electric strength of 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap as per relevant IS with portable centrifuging filtration plant, testing of the oil break down voltage before filtration and after filtration complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing machine of oil required for dehydration shall be arranged by contractor and will be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour for taking out old unserviceable defective LV bushings on site from outdoor/indoor type distribution transformers of 11/0.433 kV and 63 KVA to 160 KVA and Supply and fix porcelain bushing with heat resistant gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing/overhauling, calibration and de-carbonising of 11 kV (panel with breaker + Relay) and setting of Relay parameters VCB of capacity 630 Amps, indoor type, taking shut down from MRS and disconnecting incoming & out going cables, control cables from VCB and replacement of un-serviceable spares, greasing of fixed and moving assembly in VCB chamber, spring charging mechanism including de-carbonising the VCB panel and check serviceability all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts/components required for replacement of above shall be measured and paid separately. The spares must be compatible with existing model and suitable for existing VCB. Make and model shall be got approved from Engr-in-Charge before placing order. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include labour required for fixing of replaced items. (iii) For item No. 10 to 29 fixing charge of items are considered in item no. 9.00 here-in-before.

Taking out saturated silica gel from existing breather and Supply and replace silica gel in breather of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair silica gel breather 250gm capacity made up of aluminum top, transparent centre portion made of polycarbonate, filled with silica gel suitable for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified an directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming layers not exceeding 25 cm thick for any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type-1 of flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm complete in trenches all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning XLPE HT UG insulated (Earthed) cable laid in trenches/or fixed on pole etc. with screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 Volt grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II)-1985 laid in trenches/ wall/ ducts/ poles including taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for GI pipe light grade 80mm bore with all fittings to be laid in trenches or in floors, including taking down rusted one complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for isolating 11KV HT overhead supply from the substation and earth complete system properly, disconnecting complete electric system of the transformer from HT and LT side including earthing strips, removing transformer and taking out from substation or taking down from 2/4 pole structure, lifting arrangements, transporting to authorized service centre/work shop for repair and back to the installation after repair including installing, commissioning and testing of the capacity upto 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the top cover of the transformer, disconnecting and taking out complete core assembly and dismantling it for checking the serviceability of the coil winding, checking the condition of the body, cleaning the tank and remove sludge/dirt, cleaning the coils limbs, re-fixing of core, core assy, tap changer assy, HT/LT winding connection, terminal studs of HT/LT sides and reassembling of transformer after repairs, refitting the transformer coil including improvement of insulation resistance value within desired level by heating or any other method to required level to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge upto 63KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for air break isolating switch 3 insulator for each phase (isolator for 33KV) vertical double stack central rotating type with earth blade hot dip galvanised complete with operating rod and handle all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fabrication of display board for earth pit Nos, location and periodical test results for lightening arrester earthing, made of MS sheet 4.0 mm thick sheet, rectangular welding on 12 mm dia rod of height from ground level 30 cm including fixing in PCC 1:2:4 with 20cm X 20cm X 20cm (below ground level) grade aggregate foundation. Dimension of board shall be 30cm X 25cm. The instruction shall be written on black painted board with white letters not less than 2” size for all type of boards including taking down rusted one complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All necessary MS sheet, aluminum screws and PCC works etc are deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the bidder.

Supply and fix in repair for thermoplastic (polycarbonate) junction box for test point without terminal block of dimension 130mmx130mmx77mm IP 66 halogen free and weather proof including four hexagonal anticorrosive screws for outdoor installation all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mmx75mmx25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws for fixing strips to test point including necessary fixing arrangement to fix test point terminal block to test point junction box all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC covered aluminum strip 25 x 3.15mm with "V" type porcelain insulator or DMC insulator of suitable size and fixing with GI screws etc. for down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair pre-moulded elbow boots for transformer bushing made of non- tracking EPDM rubber suitable of 12kV and 95sqmm 3 core cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of steel tubular HT poles including cross arms, clamps, back plates etc. in situ with one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint after cleaning /preparation of surfaces including making white and black stripes 30 cm wide 5 Nos with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and marking of pole No., Substation No., etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down the unserviceable RMU 4 way servicing of complete parts of RMU, lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc and checking complete parts, repairs to control wiring with single core copper conductors of existing size as required at site (RMU of make Schneider) for satisfactory running and replacement of defective spare parts and reassembling the same re-connecting all HT & AC/DC connections complete in functional order including testing on existing load complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The necessary spare parts involving in repair except control wiring shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only 14SWG CRC sheet cover for bushing compartment along with coated paint and stainless steel nut-bolt, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.
