Videography and Documentation a. The contractor shall conduct videography in Clip format and photography of the entire work before commencement, during execution, and after completion. b. The video should clearly show the condition of the drain/nallah, work in progress, and the final cleaned state. c. All footage must be time-stamped and geo-tagged (if possible). d. The final bill shall be processed only after submission of proper video documentation and approval from the municipal authorities. e. The videography shall be done using good quality equipment to ensure clarity and authenticity.
