Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling approved sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down shall be measured for payment.

M&L brick protection with common burnt brick sub class 'B' of size 230x115x75 mm for cable protection complete all as specified by engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested LT panel board outdoor /indoor type, weather, vermin proof, cubical type, semi flush to wall, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed, with necessary bus bar arrangement with insulated bus bar 100 Amps rating , 4 strips, the panel should be dust proof, IP 54 class protection and made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet , hinged doors, front opening for each chamber arrangement and duly powder coated on the out side and inside, cable glands and lugs for incomming and out going cable etc, independent chamber with Provision of 02 number single phase energy meters incl plinth of panel of suitable size as requirement of site complete all as specified and directed including following accessories :-

(a) MCCB 4 pole adjustable, 63 Amp, 415 Volts 16 KA- - 01 Nos (Incoming) (b) MCB ,SP&N 32 Amp, 24 Volts 10KA- - 04 Nos (Outgoing) (c) Panel wiring with suitable size PVC insulated heavy duty 1100 volts grade single core cable with copper conductor multistranded with cable end terminaion lugs and provision of two Single phase energy meter class 1.

Note :- The cost of 7.5m long galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI light grade is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

M & L modular enclosure cable junction box IP 65, weather proof with hinged door and locking arrangement of size 240mm x 320mm 135mm internal comprising of one No MCB SP 6 Amps and epoxy porcealin terminal blick 6 way suitable for three incoming cable and for outgoing and single phase connection for light fittings with provision of cable entry through gland and fixed to the existing/new PCC/Steel pole with suitable clamps made out of MS flat irom 25 x 4mm thick with nuts, bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed.
