Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 metres wide and n.exc 1.5 metres deep for Sewage pipes, foundation etc for shafts, cesspits, manholes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 metres in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil

All as per Srl item no 1 above but depth exceeding 1.5Mtr and not exceeding 3.00 Mtrs.

Demolition and breaking of SGSW or RCC drain/Soil pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches if required internal diameter upto 150mm (Earthwork will be measured separately).

Demolition and breaking of cast iron/RCC drain/SGSW pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches if required internal diameter 200mm (Earthwork will be measured separately).

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (RCC cover slabs)

Returning filling in incl spreading leveling watering, well ramming in layers not etc 25 cm hard/dense soil

Removing excavated materials/soils etc 50 metres but n. exc. 250 metres depositing where directed at a level of n.exc. 1.5 metres above the starting point

M&L pre cast RCC 1:1½:3 nominal mix type B-1 as in manhole cover and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork complete.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metres radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as speciified and directed

All as per srl item No 10 above but except bricks

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under hunching against the sides of pipes after they laid and tested for 150mm dia pipes

All as per serial item No.12 above but for 200m dia pipes

M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in fondation and mass concrete for manhole surface channels and drains

M&L 150mm Internal diameter of salt glazed stone water (SGSW) drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed complete all as speciified and directed

All as per Srl item No 15 above but for 200mm bore pipe

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping etc, including weathering slightly rounded champers angle forming channels & form work

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as benching including forming channels using forms, moulds etc complete all as speciified and directed

M&L mild steel TMT bar 8mm dia cut length cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips

All as per Serial item No.19 above but 16mm MS round bars as in as handles for manhole cover slabs.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and fair without using extra cement.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair faces of brick work and finished even and fair without using extra cement.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipes and rendering, cutting existing benching for forming branch channel etc for 150mm pipes.

Cleaning and dewatering of Septic tank by any means & getting out and removing the sludge to a distance not exc 250 mtr and disposal of the same in approved low lying areas complete as required by EIC. Capacity of tank up 50 users

Dewatering of soak well/Soak pit by pumping out and discharging the water away using suitable discharge, digging katcha channel for flow of water and making good of the same, all as pecified and directed by EIC dia (internal) and depth of soakage well not exc up to 1.2 metres and 3 metres respectively.

All as per serial item No. 29 above but dia (Internal diameter) above 3.60 metres and depth exc 6 metres

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40mm graded aggregate 75mm thick as in plinth protection.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc. including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall and fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 110mm dia, PVC (SWR) Pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in trenches or floor/wall and making good the surface complete all as speciified and directed

S&F in repairs 75mm dia, PVC (SWR) Pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints fixed to walls or floor all as specified and directed by the EIC.

S&F PVC (SWR) vent cowl, 110 mm dia

M&L forming fair finished drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth, cement concrete finished even and smooth, using extra cement including forms moulds etc.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend, 110 mm dia

S&F PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal 110mm dia

S&F Stack clamps made out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 110mm bore pipe.complete all as specifiecd and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of WCs , bath room, blockage of sewage pipe line any dia, manhole etc. as per day to day complain by rodding or by any meachanical cleaning equipment all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. (Note: Measurement will be taken from one manhole/gully trap to another manhole/gully trap)

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth for receiving tiles complete all as specified.

M&L coloured non skid ceramic tiles, 6 to7 mm thick, edgeless , area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n. exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:6 to match Shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles as directed at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured ceramic glazed tiles 375x250x7mm/ 450x300x7mm thick as in dado/skirting etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement 1:4, Shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles as directed at site complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc by using bleaching powder from water tank and from mouth of circulating pipe,etc Capacity of tank exc 250 litrres & n exc 500 litres and stencil writing as 'CLEANED ON ___ 2024' all as Specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 550x400 mm incl chain and plug and porcelain stopper, brackets, waste pipe incl cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including dismantling

S&F in repair PVC flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity including bracket fixed to wall & flush pipe complete ISI marked

S&F in repair, plastic water closet seat cover, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device for pedestal pattern WC, black/ white colour.

S&F in repair PVC ball valve 20mm dia with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density ball (minium weight 210 gms) complete as directed

M & L PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement.
