Providing, fabricating, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of floor-mounted, front-operated, powder-coated CRCA sheet steel Lift Power Distribution Panel (LPDP), dust and vermin proof, suitable for operation of two (02) Nos. 20-Passenger Machine Room-Less (MRL) Bed Lifts, complete with 160 Amp, 4 Pole MCCB (01 No.) as incomer, 160 Amp TPN electrolytic aluminium busbars with heat-shrink insulation, 63 Amp, 4 Pole MCCBs (02 Nos.) as independent outgoing feeders for each lift, Type-II Surge Protection Device (SPD), multifunction digital energy meter with CTs, digital voltmeter with selector switch, digital ammeter with selector switch and CTs, RYB phase indication lamps with control fuses, ON/OFF/TRIP indication lamps, neutral link, earth bar, cable alleys, removable gland plates, cable termination hardware, interconnections with FRLS copper control wiring, earthing terminals, engraved nameplates, danger notice, locking arrangement, and all necessary accessories complete. Waterproofing of elevator pit: Providing & Laying integral Cement based waterproofing (Injected type) treatment including preparation of surface and then applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645. After proper curing apply a second coat of cement slurry mixed with proprietary water proofing compound. The job includes finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4.

Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing hoisting beam at the top of lift shaft using ISMB section of approved size, including cutting, welding, drilling, anchor plates, primer coat, painting, grouting and all fixing accessories complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing LED bulkhead light fittings (20–24 W) complete with LED driver, wiring from nearest junction box using FRLS copper cable in PVC conduit, suitable for lift shaft illumination at each floor level, including, 1.5 sq mm copper wire,conduit and all accessories required for testing & commissioning complete.

Providing and fixing heavy-duty M.S. access ladder from Level-2 platform up to the top of lift shaft, fabricated from M.S. flats and round bars with anti-corrosive primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, securely anchored to shaft wall including all fixtures complete.

Repairing lift shaft after installation of lift, including dismantling of temporary openings, brick masonry repairs, PCC, plastering, making good damaged RCC surfaces, filling gaps around guide rail brackets/doors, curing and finishing complete in all respects.
