Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE PVC insulated,screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm x 2 core .

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE PVC insulated,screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm x 2 core .

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE PVC insulated,screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm x 4 core .

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection fixed on poles or laid in trenches under floor, ducts etc with fixing clamps, nuts bolts etc for cable protection all as specified.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection fixed on poles or laid in trenches under floor, ducts etc with fixing clamps, nuts bolts etc for cable protection all as specified.

Material and labour for Bus bar chamber of size 750 x 600 x 500 mm outdoor pedestal type, factory made, powder coated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof complete with openable shutter in front and rear having proper locking arrangement, duly powder coated with 100 Amp 430 V 4 pole MCCB as incommer control and including 400 Amps, 4 pole Aluminium bus bar mounted on insulator, suitable for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply including control wiring to panel with suitable size of PVC insulated and sheathed copper cable, duly mounted on angle iron frame 50x50x6 mm including necessary PCC foundation work in all respect with phase indicator lamps (R, Y. B) – 01 Set. all as specified.

Supply & fix thermoplastic polystyrene polycarbonate enclosures, shock proof, with IP 69 protection junction box of size 155 X 210 X 92 mm with suitable connector for three phase loop in loop out branch out and vibration proof connection and fixing on PCC or MS Electric poles using MS clamp 02 Nos made out of 25mm x 3mm MS strip and nuts & bolts of required size all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Hensel Cat No. KF1616 B or its equivalent.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply and spreading sand Dry cushioning to cable providing with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying sub class `B` bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60cmX6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal, magnicium sulphate, common salt and connected with in and including GI strip of size 25 X 6mm by means of stainless steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to Transformers / panels. 40mm bore of GI pipe (light grade) from earth plate up to testing point for protection of GI strip and 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) with wire mesh and funnel for watering including necessary excavation and earth work, (in any type of soil) PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-2 with RCC cover with suitable size of handle made out of 8mm dia MS bars and angle iron 40 x 40x 3mm frame for cover complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part I of SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified. RCC cover shall be painted with red paint over a primer coat and the rate include in the unit rate of item.
