Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists, plain plates, chequered plates, pipes, cold formed sections, hollow tubes etc. or other sections up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sized sections using materials produced by SAIL, RINL, TATA, ESSAR, JSPL, JSW or approved brands of BARC; welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses, structural steel floors, frame works, monorails, hand rail, sign boards, partitions, ceilings and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Designing, providing and fixing PUF insulated sandwich panel roofing Having top profile sheet with 28-30mm crust hight at 195-200mm pitch, inner liner tray and PUF Insulation between not less than 30 mm thick and width 1.0 mt. Panel shall have 0.50mm thick precoated GI sheet on both side of polyurethane foam confirming to IS 12436:1988 with standard profile with tongue & groove arrangement. The Precoated sheet shall be of minimum 240 mpa steel grade confirming to IS 14246:1995 and shall have zinc coating of minimum 120 gsm as per IS:277:1992, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 20 micron. The PPGI sheet shall have plastic protective guard film of minimum 25 microns to avoid scratches while transportation. The PU foam shall be self-extinguishing, fire retardant type having minimum density of 40 Kg/cum (± 2 Kgs) and CFC Free. The panels shall be fixed to the steel frame structure with minimum 5 mm thick self tapping GI screws with EPDM seal of required length and nos. with maximum spacing of 300 mm c/c. The cost shall include ridge, soffit junctions & flashings as specified by puf panel makers. The supporting structure will be paid in relevant item.

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Painting with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) with two coats of approved make and manufacturer and of required shade and colour, including scaffolding, preparation of the surfaces, scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete all as directed at site including scaffolding, cleaning of the areas. etc., with a coat of approved cement primer as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Providing, painting and finishing walls with two coats of exterior emulusion paint of approved make on sand face plaster/ plain plaster & concrete of required shade over new work including base coat of water proofing cement paint, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing colour anodized aluminium work (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing insulated partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling hannel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, M.S. fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each) to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at corners (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm), joint finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture's specification and direction of engineer in charge all complete. Minimum 70 mm overall thickness partition using 10 mm thick double skin multipurpose cement board reinforced with cellulose fibre manufactured through autoclaving process (High pressure steam cured) as per IS : 14862 with suitable fibre cement screws including framework for cement sheet and placing insulation of minimum 50 mm thick Resin Bonded rock wool conforming to IS: 8183, having density 48 kg/m3

Providing and fixing 4 mm clear float glass panes glazing in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with PVC / Neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismantling and stacking within 100 m lead in R.S Joists, Angles, tubes etc.

Dismantling metal roofing including ridges, valleys and gutter etc and stacking the material within 50 m lead
