Term Contract for repair and maintenance of Class IV staff quarters in Allahabad Cantt for year 2020-21

Amount

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation , footings, drains etc or for shafts, cesspits, man holes, pier holes , drains etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out the excavated earth including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, with in a lead of 50m including all labours, tools and plants required for proper completion of work in all respct in all kinds of soil.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. completion work in all respect. All kinds of soil

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge for all kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding, sundries, extra labour element required for carriage,lifting of tools and plants up to required height all other arrangement required below ground level and above plinth as requird at site including all labours ,tools and plants required for proper completion of work in all respect and disposed off unserviceable materials out of Cantonment

Taking down cement plaster of any description from ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding, sundries, extra labour element required for carriage,lifting of tools and plants up to required height all other arrangement required super structure above plinth upto floor V level including all labours ,tools and plants required for proper completion of work in all respect

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead, Of area 3 sq. metres and below completion of work in all respect.

Demolition of brick work masonary built in cememt or lime mortar including all quiens arches,pillars etc of any description and thickness all as specified in any place and any shape , and from any position and any height with all labours, tools and plants required for proper completion of work in all respect including necessary scaffolding, sundries, extra labour element required for carriage,lifting of tools and plants up to required height all other arrangement required for proper completion of work in all respect .

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Dismantling of Asbestos cement / fiber glass reinforced translucent (corrugated or semi corrugated etc ) sheets in roof coverings /walls with necessary scaffolding, sundries, extra labour element required for carriage,lifting of tools and plants up to required height all other arrangement required for proper completion of work in all respect.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks , stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish.

Providing and laying in positon plain Cement Concrete , type D-2,1:4:8, In foundation / below plinth beam, mass concrete, surface channels and drains etc using 40 mm graded stone agg, as required at site and proper compaction including all materials, labours, tools and plants required for proper completion of work in all respect.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with L type or J-type hook bolts with all materials, labours, tools and plants ,necessary scaffolding, sundries, extra labour element required for carriage,lifting of materials,tools and plants up to required height all other arrangement required for proper completion of work in all respect .

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all materials,labours, tools and plants required for proper completion of work in all respect.( 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required completion work in all respect. (0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²)

Providing and laying in situ five course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd & 4th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd layer of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 5th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat.

Supplying and installation of moisture resistant/fire resistant 6 mm thick Heavy duty fiber cement board (High pressure steam cured) conforming to IS 14862:2000 of category III type B as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling / taping screws. Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick of 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm.
