REPAIR TO FLOOR TILES, FALSE CEILING, WALL BOUNDARY AND CERTAIN OTHER MISC WORKS UNDER AGE B/R-IV UNDER GE (MCTE) MHOW

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 (Incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 1.00 but on vertical surfaces such as skirting incl including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 8-10mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.42 sqm, but n. exc.1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 (Incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 3.00 but on vertical surfaces such as skirting incl including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 (Incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 5.00 but on vertical surfaces such as skirting incl including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 (Incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/ shade) of 300 x 450 x 7 to 8mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/ skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles (Incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300 x 300 x 10mm thick heavy duty Ceramic floor tile laid in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 (Incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles) complete all as specified and directed.
