Cleaning the exposed RCC surfaces thoroughly by washing the copious quantity of water, removing the rust and seals from exposed rafters and providing anticorrosive primer Zinc rich coating CERA ZINC ZR and cleaning the surface for adequate PH using phenolphthalein indicator.

Application of a bonding coat by using cement slurry added with polymer additive CERA POLYMER LATEX over the exposed RCC surface or brick surface as per manufacturers mix and application specification.

Providing cement plastering C.M 1:3 over the dismantled RCC portion upto a thickness 15-20mm with cement mortar admixed with CERA MICRO SEAL@ 500GMS PER BAG OF CEMENT. The rate quoted includes cost of sand and admixture but excludes the cost of cement and providing scaffolding.
