SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disamntling RCC post or struts any section, including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground including cleaning and cutting of grass, shrubs, bushes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

M & L for mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut into length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping as in tie bar for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations including rafts, footings and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note" Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use & waste Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundations and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and directed.

Removing cement mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 22 above but except brick complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Old serviceable bricks as obtained from demolition shall be re-used at site after cleaning and removing mortar etc)

Demolition of Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat, in drains, etc bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished to concrete surface of drain 30cm inner girth in cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm including form mould, mitred/stopped etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in footpath, plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 making impressions of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in footpath, road side paving/hardstanding etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair concertina coil fencing with punching tap concertina coil 960mm dia 13 mtres openable length having 53 Nos rounds per 6 metres length, single coil, fixed on wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped with horizontal reinforced barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: (i) Weight of concertina coil shall be ascertain by a BOO to be convened by Accepting Officer (ii) Barbed wire shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items here-in-before)

All as per serial item No. 42 above but fixing only in repair of any dia complete all as directed. (Note: Old serviceable loosed concertina coil shall be refixed at site after taking down complete)

Material and labour for 25 mm thick pre-polished cement concrete chequered tiles, glossy finish , smooth in design , compressive strength 300 kg/Sqcm, ISI marking (IS-13801-1993), set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 20mm thick scread bed in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of damaged tiles complete all as specified and directed

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:3 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including dismantling of damaged/unserviceable tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including dismantling of damaged/unserviceable tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing, 15mm bore, Steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing, 15mm bore, concealed steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings etc including making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Re fixing old Steel water tubing obtained from item no 47 above, 15mm bore, with all fittings and fixed in old or new position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, vitreous China squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest and 'P' or 'S' trap, including provision of lime concrete bedding, connection to trap and flushing pipe etc complete including making good to disturbed surfaces of floor to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 15mm bore, PVC connection pipe 450mm long with PTMT nuts at both ends complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 15 mm bore, Stop valves, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with long shank and cup, concealed type, screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 15mm bore, angle Stop valve of PTMT, any colour high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 90 gms) complete all as specified and directed.
