S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheets strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap inside for top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/seated to the stiles and rail with suitable PVC sheet bending and jointed togather with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube S&F in opening all as shown on drawing and specified.

S&F factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter 28 to 30 mm thick(stiles) with 2 mm thick prelaminated Moulded PVC sheet polyurethane painted on the front face & 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back faces,and with particle board core supplying and fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match,reinforced with MS Sq tube S&F in opening all as shown on drawing and specified.
