Material & Labour Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with sub-class `B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4)

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surface of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions, rough finished, complete all as specified. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, framed truss, post, strut, horizontal or vertical member etc, from a height of 15 mtr above the ground level including necessary double scaffolding and removing the material from the site upto a distance of not exc 2500 mtr and refixing in another place including cutting, welding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in Hard Rock, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface, complete all as speified and directed.
