Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metre wide not exc 1.50 metre deep in soft/ loose soil for laying of pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down steel tubing connection from trenches incl connected fittings/accessories complete of 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing in trenches GI pipe heavy grade ISI marked with all fittings/flanges complete all as specified for 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & jointing Cast Iron non return valve ISI marked class PN-1.6 with flanged and drilled ends suitable for 100mm nominal bore pipe, complete & including joints and jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gaskets with by-pass arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Cast iron sluice valve 100 mm dia, flanged ends, stem (spindle) of SS (forged) and check nut of gun Metal, PN rating 1.6, working parts conforming to IS :14846, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS:1538 including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick masonary valve pit of size 1200 x 1200 x 1200mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of following internal dimension with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, with 35x35x6 mm stiffner welded diagonally on angle iron frame cover of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame and locking arrangements incl two coats of first grade synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on surfaces, earth work and PCC in foundation 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregete 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top 1:2:4,Type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone agregate 100mm thick including rendering 15mm thick and two coat of white wash on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level incl demolition of old unserviceable existing one complete all as specified and directed.
