M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface complete all as specified & directed with the followings :- (a) Apply bituminous based primer confirming to IS: 3384-1965 @ 0.30 kg/sqm (b) APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick with non woven polyester core of weight not less than 3.2 to 3.5 Kg/sqm laid and bonded to the sub strata by heat process, over laps of 100mm shall be sealed/fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer instructions. (c) Applying bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kgs/Sqm in two coats over APP membrane.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12mm thick plain Gypsum Board false ceiliing with GI frame work including all necessary drilling cutting to fix electric items compete all as specified and directed with following :- (a) GI Grid channel 30x25x20 mm of guage fixed with rawl plug and screw 450mm centre to centre alongwith perimete walls. (b) GI Channel made to shape 50x40x40 mm of 24 guage placed @ 600mm centre to centre from perimete at wall except long wall (in one span). (c) GI intermediate runners of size 45x10x10 mm of 24 guage fixed @ 1200mm centre to centre leaving frame of one side walls (in other span). (d) GI sheet 25mm wide and 20mm guage suspanded fixed with steel fastner to roof ceiling and 1200mm centre to centre including pluging of RCC slab. (e) 12mm thick gyplse board filling joints with POP and finishing complete with two coat of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer on ceiling.

M&L for prefabricated and prereinforced 75mm side POP moulded cornices/moulding fixed on ceiling/ wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n.exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stones or boulders, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450 x350 x 7 mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick coloured (square/ rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm width of girth and applying one coat (finishing coat) of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails

M&L 18/19 mm thick block board, grade-1 quality, exterior grade, commercial type, decorative type on both faces fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L decorative laminate type 1 thickness in 0.9 mm of surface finish , colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions.

S&F glass pan ordinary quality 10 mm thick and glazing with oil putty/ wooden beads in square exc 0.5 m each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick teak wood lipping to 18/19 mm width prelaminated particle board fixed with screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm dia cub board knob brass polished fixed with nut screw and washer of mild steel bright finished complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ball catches with 8mm dia steel ball and brass body and striking plate incl latting in and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F continuous (Piano type) hinges 40 mm mild steel bright finish electro glavanised complete all as specified and directed.
