Construction of Pandal, Saluting Base, Barricade & View Cutter etc. for Celebration of Republic Day for the year 2020 at Khanapara Veterinary Play Ground, Guwahati-22:- Higher charge of erection, fitting & fixing of (Hanger) made of 50 mm dia M.S. Tube Truss framed with lines at top and bottom in curved manner of different sizes with 1.20m and 2.40m section fixing with 6mm thick M.S. plate joint in both faces and provided diagonal cross bracing and providing diagonal cross bracing in between the pipes of 25mm dia of 2 Nos. and 8 Nos. respectively fitted the frame with another bolting with 50 mm long, 16mm dia bolts and nuts the lower most frame to be fixed on a base plate (1.20m x 0.40m x 0.012m) the truss of height 8.00 m to be placed at an interval of 3.00 m with 50 mm dia M.S. Tube purlins 40 Nos. horizontaly to cover the same after function is over as directed and specified and complete (All the materials are contractors property)

Construction of Pandal made with Bhaluka bamboo post 100 mm to 150 mm dia and Sal bali post of various length from eve point to ridge point driven at least 90 cm for soil boil post & ........... Eve height 4.20 m & ridge height 13.70m (All materials are contractor's property).

Fitting and fixing PVC fire resistant tarpoline over the steel roof truss frame and plastic rope over the steel roof truss frame ………….. and removing the same after the function as directed and specified. (All the materials are contractor's property)

Kitchen design cloth decoration in ceiling of the Pandal and side decoration of the pandal with kutchi design cloth both side and outside and removal of the same after the function. (All the materials are contractor's property)

Construction of stage of 2.00 m high with 50mm dia steel pipe fixing with cross pipe with bolt and nut. The post are a distance of 1.20 m apart and the platform with ……… steel frame staircase as directed by the department. (All the materials are contractor's property)

Wooden Flooring including fixing to wooden frame with iron Secrews nails etc. as directed by the Deptt.

Hire Charge of Red Carpet

Providing bamboo barricade to satisfy the requirement to ensure proper security by making the field by semi circular and other lines as per requirement and poltting the position with line ………… and removal of materails after the function. (Bamboo and cior rope are contractor's property)

Construction of view cutter fixed on bamboo frame and wooden posts etc. & removal of the same after the function including carriage. (The bamboo, wooden beats, cloth will be contractor's property after the function for with salvage value is considered)
