Dismantling the Existing damaged flooring including removing away the material from the site to provide new grano flooring etc., complete

Plastering walls with CM 1:5 12mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete

Flooring with granolithic flooring to 25mm thick using cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS size HBG metal, including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite and all labour for watering, curing and all leads for good water and etc

Repairs to Damaged steel Doors including all tools and labour charges etc complete

Weathering course with brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab in the proportion of 32:12.5 and finshed with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

7. WHITE WASHING

White Washing two coats over cement plasterd wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaing, preparing the surface and curing etc complete

Distempering two coats over cement plasterd wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaing, preparing the surface and curing etc complete

Colour washing two coats with Plastic Emulsion over cement plasterd wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaing, preparing the surface and curing etc complete

Painting with ready mixed approved colour paint to coats over Old Iron work including cost and conveyance of all material to worksite, and all labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete

Painting with ready mixed approved colour paint to coats over Old Black Board Portion including cost and conveyance of all material to worksite, and all labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete black board

Supply and fixing ofCFL Blub with guard ( Philips / Bajaj / Crompton / K Lite ) suitable for incandescent lamp with 60 W bulb.SD 80

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'-40W flourescent tube fitting with copper choke and condenser with TW round block on wall or ceiling with flourescent tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting of Tube Light [SD 88 ]

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm ( 48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 300 mm down rod on the existing clamp. SD 106

Providing and fabricating of MS angle with I beam support,grill steps upto first floor top including fixing and one coat of primer with Two coat of enamel paint including all chargers..,

Provision for Cartoon BaLa Paintings for 3 class room
