Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Complete servicing including Lubricating of old rolling shutters with grease and other suitable lubricating items to make rolling shutter in working condition all work complete as per direction of official in charge
Pluging of roof leakage by self adhesive tear resistant (Bituminous sealing tape, used for a wide range of waterproofing work on roofs, building components, caravans ) plugging tape/ Mastic tape of sika multiseal/ shalimar or equivalent of approved make (minimum width 100 mm) after cleaning the dirt/ sheet complete for proper fixing of tape as per direction of official in charge. Rate includes cost of all material and labour required for plugging of roof leakage. complete work as per direction of official in charge
Pluging of roof leakage in AC sheets by a cold applied bituminous caulking compound with mineral fillers in a volatilesolvent to retain its plasticity as a selaing material of make shalimar/ sika or equivalnet of good quality . Complete work as per direction of official in charge. Complete compartment roof area to be measured.
Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in Docking roads , parking bays etc of rectangular/ I/dumbell shape as directed by Engineer in charge and in grade M40 and thickness of 100 mm made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Description of item
Cleaning of garden, Watering of landscaped/green belt areas and maintaining the plants/ shrubs, trees, bushes, flowering beds etc and keeping these in healthy condition . Maintaining the greenery, hygienic and aesthetic in lawn & other green belt area within complex ,Trimming the branches of trees obstructing the height up to 6 m above the driveway or obstructing the visibility of road signs , trimming or weeding out of unsolicited plants grown over terrace/walls of building within complex . Maintenance of Kitchen garden or similar seasonal flower garden including preparation of beds manuring/ fertigation, weeding hoeing, watering, planting of vegitable seeds/seasonal flowering seeds including spraying of insecticide and pesticide and Harvesting. (Note:-Only Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide & Pesticide & saplings or seeds will be provided by the Department and other T & P material and machines shall be provided by the contractor). Frequency of cleaning shall be daily and watering or other activities shall be as per requirement . Payment shall be done on monthly basis . Area to be decided by WHM
Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forke and keeping the lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing including spreading of good earth/sludge etc as per requirement, mowing using lawn mowers and trimming of Damaged trees plants and bushes in Lawns or from any other garden within CW Complex at least once in 3 weeks and as per additional requirement. Payment shall be done at end of 6 months. Frequency: Once in 6 months in the area decided by WHM
Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion and spreading/ of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness within complex as per requirement. Payment shall be done on monthly basis. Frequency: once a month
Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cost of plant ) These includes new plants ,including seasonal flowering plants, shrubs, hedges etc. , shifting of plant from pots, Relocating the plants and /or Pots etc. within complex as per requirement by WHM, Cost of plant shall be paid extra. Payment shall be done after each work at monthly basis

Clearing grass, shrubs, bushes grown unwanted near to buildings and roads and removal of the rubbish upto secondary collection chamber .Payment shall be done after each work at monthly basis. frequency: once in 3 months and Area to be decided by WHM.
Removal of garden waste by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/ unloading and carriage including all lead and lift for complete disposal upto designated place given by ,Local authority and as per direction of officer-in-charge. Frequency: once in a week or as per requirement of WHM. Payment shall be done based on number of trips (fully loaded)
Cleaning/Sweeping of CW Roads, Main entry Ramps, Parking yards Godown Veranda/Open Platforms and Weighbridge platform area etc. including Safe disposal of garbage/ Refuse or solid waste, scraps after segregating Organic /recyclable and inorganic waste to the dustbins placed at designated disposal sites (secondary collection centres near Office/ Godown (s) and any other place within CW Complex.Frequency: Daily and Area to be decided by WHM and Total open area cleaned shall be measured for payment and Payment shall be done at monthly basis.
Cleaning, dusting, mopping of Window Glasses (both sides), floors, furnitures, etc. to make the area neat and clean free from cobwebs, flies etc , and hygeinic in Office buildings, labour Huts, Security Cabins,weighbridge cabin and other similar amenities within complex, including Safe disposal of garbage/ Refuse or solid waste, scraps after segregating Organic /recyclable and inorganic waste to the dustbins placed at designated disposal sites (secondary collection centres near Office/ Godown (s) and any other place within CW Complex.Frequency: Daily and total carpet area cleaned shall be measured for payment shall be done at monthly basis
Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of WHM . (The old date written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account). Frequency: Once in 6 months. Payment shall be done after each work at monthly basis.
Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of WHM. Payment shall be done after each work at monthly basis.
Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of WHM. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of WHM. Frequency: once in 6 months, surface area of the tank shall be measured for payment. Payment shall be done after each work at monthly basis.
