Item Rate for dismantling of 100mmthick existing paver and refixing the same on 50 mm thick fine sand layer of clean sharp sand containing not mor 3% silt clay and not more then 10% 1 by weight retained on 5 mm seive as determined by test 12 of BS - 1377 . The sand shouldbe spred over the area to be paved as per direction of engineer in -charge , including all loading ,unloading , leading all taxes charges, all L and M complete job . IR for P&F encapsulated retro-reflective signage boards single/both sides as per design to be made out of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered high intensity encapulated loose type heat activated rectro reflective sheeting with messages in similar sheeting in colour 2 scheme as approved by site engineer-in-charge. The rectro reflective sheeting should be adhered to base surface by heat lump vacume application. The signages are to be provided with back support frame made of MS angle 35x35x5 mm angle iron of required size. The 3 road surface is to be prepared by using multiple set of rubber pads of length 1.2m each and a sheet consist of two nos. rubber pads placed inside the running rails and two nos. outside ( ie one no.each side ) of running rail resting on RCC edge beam . The item is inclussive of RCC edge beam at the edge to retain the asembling as per approved drawing . The cement and steel for this will be supplied by the contractor and is included in a rate . No seprate payment shall be paid . The rate includes the sales tax,GST and other duties , road execavation and preparation charges , warrenty etc to complete the work in all respect.so nothing extra wil be paid to this efect.
