Dismantling the unserviceable LT Panel including disconnecting the incoming and outgoing cable connections and in lieu supply, installing, testing and commissioning new factory made LT Feeder Pillar Box (CPRI Approved) cubical type, Outdoor Type, dust & vermin proof, 3 Phase, 4 wire, AC, 50 Hz, 433 Volts Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1-1993, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated of suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, MCCB, MCB, change over switch and TPN Copper bus bars etc. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar . The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. 'A' detachable predrilled gland plateof thickness not less than 3 mm thick powder coated shall be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front openable, lockable /openable by key from both sides. The panel shall be installed on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) platform of suitable size and hight with requisite size nuts, bolls, washers etc all as diercted by the GE. The feeded piller box shall also be consisting of the following:- a) Copper tinned bus bar of 300 Amp for 3 phase and Neutral : 01 Set b) Incoming : 1 No MCCB 4 pole 250 Amp with breaking capacity 36 KA adjustable type with extended terminals

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of FAST ELECTRODE maintenance free Chemical Earthing of Dual Pipe Technology, each of 3 Meter long with Outer Pipe Diameter of 88mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 1.80mm) and Inner Pipe diameter 48mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 2.60mm). There shall be terminal of size 75 x 5.20mm for connection with two holes of 14mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE shall be duly filled with the highly conductive, Non Magnetic, Non Corrosive material and duly sealed at both ends with lead terminal of 75x5.2mm at top. The ELECTRODE shall be of 'make' having approval of CPRI (Central Power Research Institute), Govt of India for a minimum short circuit current of 42 KArms for 1 Second with initial pick of 88.2 KA. The FAST ELECTRODE Earth Enhancing Compound (minimum 25Kg) shall be pored on alround the electrode. The chemical compound to be used shall be as per the manufacturer's instructions of 'Electrode' and as also certified by any BIB (Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory. Make : Fast Electrode or equivalent as approved by the GE. Notes:- (i) The contractor shall procure the above materials either directly from the manufacturer(s) or their authorised dealers only and shall produce the original purchase vouchers alongwith original manufacturer's test certificates and other authenticated documents in compliance of the provisions as mentioned in the above item. Also all the requisite testing as specified above, in relevant IS and as directed by the GE shall be got done by the contractor. Cost of all the above elements shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates. (ii) Any additional quantity of Earth Enhancing Compound in case required to obtain the desired results, the same also be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Govt. and quoted rates of above item shall be deemed to include the above element also.

Supply and fixing in repairs highly efficient high power multi LED flood fitting 100 watts with pressure die cast aluminium housing reflector and enclosed with toughened glass IP66 complete prewired and connecting with 0.5sqmm 3 core flexible wire including fixing arrangement on wall etc complete including dismantling of existing unserviceable flood light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs highly efficient high power 50 W LED street light fitting with pressure die cast aluminium housing reflector and enclosed with heat resistant toughened glass IP66 protection AC 240 Volts 50 HZ refractive lens with suitable electronic drive PF > 0.9 complete including taking exiting unserviceable street light fitting.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED post top lanterns fitting made in cast aluminium spigot housing with decorative clear acrylic diffuser and IP65 protection 10/12 watt ,warm white complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for GI tubes "Medium Grade" 80 mm bore with and including all fittings laid in trenches/road crossing/floors etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation for surface dressing in soft/loose soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and cleaning of area complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable security light fittings and garden light fittings from the pole/wall/Gardenlight pole for repair and replacement of burnt/worn out accessories and refixing the same in existing position including testing after repair complete all as specified and directed
