Attending of complaints from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs by deploying electrician along with helpers for checking of existing electrical items including carrying out repairs such as tightening of loose electric connections, nuts, bolts, screws, repair/ replacement of switches, sockets, switch boards ceiling fans/exhaust fan, DB wiring etc as required to make the item functional and to ensure contiunous electric supply complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Replacement of electric fitting shall be mesured and paid for seperately under respective items (b) Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P etc. (c) The saftey and insurance of persons/helper engaged in Execution shall be responsibility of contractor. (d) As the Nos of complaints shall be on required basis the financial effect to this is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light / fan / socket or power) while not disturbing existing conduit complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, socket, light fittings, regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls and floors .

Taking down sub main wiring of two single core PVC cable PVC insulated 4 / 6 sqmm including conduit or wooden batten and remove from the site of work and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall or floor etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down main switch / DB and making good the disturbed surface as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated, unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1.5 sqmm size, 1100V grade, drawn into existing PVC rigid concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked) including PVC unsheathed cable single core copper FRLS conductor 1.5 Sqmm as continuous earth wire and including pressed MS sheet sunken box 1.6 mm thick with 3 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet all as specified. a) One light / fan / call bell point controlled by one, one way switch.

S&F in replacement LED lights fitting 1 x 20W, 220V, Box type with driver, holder including LED tubelight connecting up with electricity to celling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor of size 0.75mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement LED tube set (fitting) 20 W use and through type with internal surge protection device of 4 KV with voltage band 140-280V with LED rod with fixture box type and making electrical connection to ceiling rose all as directed

Supply & fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 35W including LED lamp pressure die cast aluminum IP66 with surge protection device of 10KV, IK7 LED 6500K and connecting electrical to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor of size 0.75mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed including bracket and fixing clamps etc.

Supply & Fixing MCB single pole , 240 volts, 6 to 32 Amps in the existing DBs.

Supply & Fixing MCB, 240 volts, 32-63 Amp Amps SPN .

Supply & fixing MCB DB SPN with 200 amps rated Bus Bar double door IP protection suitable for MCBs 8 way all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing MCCB 4 pole of capacity 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 Kilo Amps including all electrical connections and fixing arrangment all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge

Supply & fixing MCCB 3 pole of capacity 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 Kilo Amps including all electrical connections and fixing arrangment all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge

S & F distribution board VTPN, double door, 6 way 440 Volts with sheet metal enclosure 200 Amps busbar suitable for fixing MCCB as incommer.

S/F MCB TPN 100 Amps 415 volts.

M&L for concealed conduit sub main wiring of 2 run of single core multi stranded FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor as per IS-694 FR cable red and black colour of size 6 sqmm 1100 volts grade with 6.0 sqmm multi strand copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable in green colour earth continuity wire connected to common earth dolly in PVC pipe including cutting chasing complete with all accessories as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of cable 6.0 Sqmm, one run of cable 6 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit RM.

M&L for submain wiring with two RUNS of single core 4 sqmm for main wire and one run of single core 4 sqmm as earth wire of stranded FRLS copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cables drawn through and including concealed conduits in wall and necessary cutting and chassing for rigid PVC conduit ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia and all accessories complete all as specified & directed. Note: Two runs of cable 4.0 Sqmm, one run of cable 4 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit RM.

Supply & fix bakelite Hylem sheet 3mm thick of size 10"x12" superior quality, including cutting of sheet to fix switch socket & regulator, including unscrewing the existing switch, socket, regulator and refixing the same on new sheet with new machine screw complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 40.00 above but size 7"x5" complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing MS sunken box of 1.6 mm thick of box sizes of size 10" x 12" and making good to wall.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia connected to earth plate by means of nut, bolts, check nut & washer of galvanized iron or of steel, GI earth wire will be protected by 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade', watering pipe 20 mm dia GI 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of char coal and salt on all side to earth plate upto thickness of 150 mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto ground level, PCC chamber recessed for and including RCC cover including all necessary excavation and earth work, earth wire connected to O/H continuous earth wire on pole, testing the earthing after complete all as specified and directed.
