Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall of any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or other side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregates) louvres and jallies, 25 mm thick(measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including cutting of reinforcement bars as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F precast pillar post of plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation filling etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete Type A1 (1:1.5:3) nominal mix (using 20mm graded aggregate) in columns, pillars, posts and struts all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions and similar works all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of reinforced concrete drain pipes of size 450mm, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per serial item No. 18 above but for 300mm bore pipe.

M&L of Reinforced concrete pipes of size 450mm, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring/ hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Sand filling under PCC paver block including watering , consolidation and compaction with vibrator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
