Dismantling of Scarrifying/Dismantling of SDBC/Bitumen concrete with latest mechanical means i.e diamond cutter automatic milling machines complete in all respect including credit of material and disposal of dismantled material with a (average) lead of 3 km and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead as per direction Water bound macadam road of Engineer-in-charge :

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Carriage of material (1.1) by mechanical transport including loading unloading and stacking complete in all respect using appropriate labour and machinery to carry dispose the building rubbish/ malba/ dismantled and wastes to the Municipal Corporation C&D waste processing plant to an average lead of 12 Km and all lifts to entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of compacted granular sub base by providing and laying, spreading and compacting course graded sub base material sand , morrow, graval, crushed stone of combination thereof confirming to grading –I of table 400.2 of MORTH specification (5th revision). The material shall be mixed by mix in place method or with rotavator at OMC and carried to site, spread in uniform layers and compacted with 8-10 tones smooth heeled/Vibratory roller to achieve desired density. Complete in all respect as per clause 401 of MORT&H specification (5th revision) (50% of Recycled aggregate RCA to be used from C&D Plant)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 Bulk @ 3 Kg per 10 Sqm including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surfaceas per clause 503 of MORT&H specifications. complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 Bulk @ 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surfaceas per clause 503 of MORT&H specifications. complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion RS on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means complete as per MORT&H specifications (5th edition) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 50mmthick compacted bitumenous macadam with 100 - 120 TPH Hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates confirming to grading 2 of Table 500-4 premixed with straight run bitumen (VG-30 bulk) grade @ 3.30% ( by wt. of total mix). tansported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher to reuired grade, level, alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction complete as per clause 504 of MORT&H specification (5 th revision).

Providing and laying 30mm thick Mastic Asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm center to center in both directions, preseed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100°c, protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515.

Providing and laying 20mm thick open graded premix surface with batch type HOT Mix Plant using crushed aggregates confirming to Grading 2 of Table 500-15 premixed with straight run bitumen VG-10 (60/70 grade) @ 1.46 kg per sqm minimum (by wt. of total mix), transported to site laid with paver finisher to required grade, level and alignment, rolled with smooth wheeled/vibratory/static roller to achieve the desired compaction and density of 2.3 gm/c.c. complete as per Clause 508 of MORT&H specifications (5th revision).

Providing and laying 30mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100/120 TPH batch type Hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specific grading-II with Bituminous binder @ 5.5%(by wt. of total mix) and mix 0.75% Anti stripping admixture (dense liquid form) by weight of Bitumen transporting the Hot Mix to work site laying with hyrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade level and allignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibrator and tendom rollers to achive the desire compaction as per MORT&H specification Clause 509 complete in all respect (5th revision).

Providing and laying 200 GSM geo textile as separation layer between water proofing membrane and cement concrete screed/VDF flooring complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
