Supply, loading, unloading, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Silent type 62.5 KVA DG set confirming to CPCB -II emision norms as per the following specification. A) Diesel Engine : Liquid Cooled Diesel Engine, devloping 1500rpm having blower fan of adequate capacity, fanguard, fan belts etc. the Diesel Engine shall be vertical, Electric start, compression ignition, 4 stoke, continuous run at 1500 rpm conforming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard with an permissible over load capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hour in every 12 hrs. of operation complying present CPCB norms:

B) Alternator: make Alternator suitable to deliver rated output of 62.5KVA at 1500 rpm, 415V, 0.8 PF(lag), 50 HZ, 3 phase,in SPDP enclosure, self excited & self regulated, brushless. The Alternator should be IS: 4722/BS EN 60034-1 & & will be suitable for tropical condition having full load efficiency above 90%. Class of insulation shall be H, and encloser shall be IP23.

C) Gen set Controller : i) Supports Auto-Mains-Failure (AMF) function and Manual-Control-Panel (MCP) function. ii) Having indication/LCD display and measures the lube oil pressure, battery voltage, engine rpm, fuel level in the day tank, engine running hrs. indication, AC current, AC Voltage, AC frequency, AC power metering with suitable CTs for dispalying the electrical parameters.

iii) Safety Alarms for High engine temperature, low lube oil pressure, low raditor water level, low fuel level, battery high voltage, under/over speed alongwith safety trips for High Engine temperature, low lube oil. iv) Reads all inputs & controls the DG, Controls the engine speed (speed governing),

D) AMF Control Panel suitable for 62.5KVA DG set consist of - microprocessor based AMF control unit, it monitors the engine safety parameters and alarm / trip condition will be displayed on front panel. Special alarm conditions include LLOP, HWT, overload, under/over speed, low fuel level. Specific indication includes various conditions of operations such as Load on mains, Load on DG, Mains healthy, DG ON, Auto & Manual mode. The control panel consist of multi function meter which displays AC current/Voltage, Frequency, Power factor, KWH etc.

E) Base frame, F) Fuel Tank having atleast 12 hrs capacity, G) 12 Volt batter with leads, Capacity at least 90AH , H) Canopy. Make: Cummins / kirloskar green / Ashoke layland / Icher.

NOTE: 1) Rate should be cotated inclusive of all taxes, duties. 2) The DG set is to be delivered at site free of cost. 3) Necessary Warranty certificate, Testing and Commissioning report are to be submitted duly counter signed by the concern JE/AE. 4) A deceleration from engine manufacturer about no engine power direction upto 50°C ambient temp. should be uploaded during e-filling of Quotation. 5) All equipments must be warrented for a period of 18(eighteen) month from the date of supply or 12(Twelve) month date of commissioning which ever is earlier.

Supply delivery & errection of fabricated Exhaust Chimney upto the height of 30M of suitable diameter. It should be made with 16SWG 120GSM GI sheet in outside, suitable angle structure, inside cylindrical shap made with 2mm MS sheet and glass wool /suitable insulation between inside & outside sheet.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level, Laying of Brick and filling joints with local sand. (PWD Building Schedule Page No.: 14 Item: 1,2)

Controlled Cement concrete with well graded stone chips (20 mm graded nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement with complete design of concrete as per IS : 456 and relevant special publications, submission of job mix formula after preliminary mix design after testing of concrete cubes as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Consumption of cement will not be less than 300 Kg of cement with Super plasticiser per cubic meter of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determined on the basis of preliminary test and job mix foumula. In ground floor and foundation. [using concrete mixture: M 20 Grade, Pakur Variety] (PWD Building Schedule Page No.: 24 Item: 5)

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary. (With 1:6 cement mortar, 20 mm thick plaster) [including cost of chipping over concrete surface]

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m. (PWD Building Schedule Page No.: 192 Item: 15)

M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting & erection and painting with two coats RO & two coats of synthetic paint, all complete. Galvanised corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work)(GCI sheet to be supplied by contractor) [With 0.63 mm thick sheet] (PWD Building Schedule Page No.: 81 Item: 9/i/b)

Cutting RCC floor by special tools and tackles very carefully without any damaging and removing the shifted rubbish & levelling up and restoring the surface for 8nos. earth pit as per direction of EIC.

Supply and pour of H.S. Diesel oil for necessary commissioning of new DG incl. transportation cost.

Supply & delivery PVC 200Ltr. Oil Barrel of thickness 6mm.

Hand operated Oil Pump

PVC pipe suitable for oil pumping to DG of length 10Mtr.
