Surface excavation n.exc(not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying graded coarse aggregate of size not more than 63 mm in out door HT installation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate spreading and ramming up on the surface of sub-station yard for a thickness not more than 150 mm all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles, lean concrete for Kerb wall etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete kerb made out of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 with 20 mm aggregate including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered or throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B as in pole, gate etc for the substation yards complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing 4mm dia of galvanised steel wire of 100 x 100 mm mesh of any type as approved by GE. Note : Weight of chain link shall be ascertained by a BOO ordered by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing with line wires straining bolts including provision of binding wire complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L Mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepartion of new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer on concrete surface in alternate strips of black and white all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new untreated steel surfaces of any description and over 10cm in width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enemal paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for HT bus bar for 2/4/6/8 pole structure made out of aluminium tube having outer dia 32 mm and 6 mm thick suitable for 22 KV complete with all suitable joints including all fittings/ couplings and S S nut bolts etc and colour sleeve as per colour code including dismantiling outlived ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the exsting out lived HT 22/11 KV HT jumper connections / bus links in the out door structures of 2/4/6/8 pole structure, supplying and fixing new jumpers / bus links with ACSR Rabbit conductor duly inserted in and including rubber /PVC flexible sleeves of RYB colour codes and connecting up complete by means of suitable heavy duty aluniumium lugs, two way /three way clamps all as ditected by Engr in charge. Note: The ACSR conductor and flexible rubber /PVC sleeve will be measured as one length.

S & F danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel vitreous enemelled white with letters figures & conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT of size 25 x 20 cm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F earth indicators of size 200 mm x150mm made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet duly marked with Earthing details etc along with MS angle 25x25x4 mm duly fixed with PCC 1:4:8 with 455mm below ground level and 150mm above ground with sheet painted by " Black colour and white letters" complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plate earthing for sub station equipments complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 40 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium gradefrom top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work etc.complete including test point and testing on completion after dismantling old existing earthing all as specified and shown in electrical plate No3 of SSR Pt-I. Note : 1. Refilling of the earth pit shall be carried out with black cotton soil. 2. GI strip 32 x 6 mm & GI protection pipe upto 7.5m length will be measured under this item.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip complete including taking down existing old GI Strip all as specified and directed.

Supply install and testing split AC of 1.5 TR capacity (Min 3 Star rating ) non inverter type electric driven single phase with suitable refrigerant pipes, cables in between indoor and outdoor unit duly insulated with suitable insulating material run through suitable flexible/rigid pipe of matching colour fixed with the wall including supply and fix 25 mm dia PVC drain pipe drawn through wall/roof and dropping to suitable location upto 5 mtr away. Note : (a) Necessary opening on brick/ stone masonary wall and finishing duly matching with the surroundings and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The outdoor unit shall be fixed on wall with suitable brackets and the rate of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, Install and testing Single door deep freezer, hard top of capacity 300/320 Ltrs Model No. CHFDD300D of make Blue Star or equivalent model from the specified make given in the make list complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and for upto 2 TR split AC complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring of any length using approved colour coding as per IS with multi-stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq.mm(Nominal area), single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI - 694 marked in and including heavy duty, PVC casing caping including all accessories etc with mild steel concealed sunken boxes duly painted with two coats of black bituminus paint over a coat of red oxide primer, suitable for mounting switches/sockets etc, and PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq.mm single core cable as earth wire complete and including cutting chases in the wall for providing box all as specified for one 15 amps socket outlet point on independent board.

Note:- Making good of disturbed surfaces if required will be done by contractor without any extra cost. (Note :- 3 runs of 4 Sqmm conductor and one run of PVC casing caping shall be measured as one unit length.)
