Disconnecting faulty 1.1 KV LT cables of different sizes from both ends,testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, , removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) 1.1 KV LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover/bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover/bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Supply & Fixing twin core, 6 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded aluminium conductor cable, over all PVC sheathed, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of code name ferret/weasel on LT pole of size as ordered including stringing and jointing for overhead line on poles including aluminium binding wire 14 SWG, jumpers, line tapes etc supplied and fixed in repairs including dismantling of old ACSR conductor from LT poles complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Galvanished steel wire, 4 mm dia including galvanized mil steel binding wire 1.63 mm dia or cradles, guards fabricated with galvanized steel wire 3.15 mm dia including binding with 1.63 mm dia galvanized steel wire complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-410-S grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces, supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repair insulator Shackle type, Porcelain vitreous , white, brown, white or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts ; 1100 Volts working pressure, 75 mm height, 90 mm Maximum dia., with 31x3 mm galvanised steel straps and 12 mm dia. of bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ( in repairs) Insulator Pin type, pocrcelain , vitreous, white , brown or green, insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia For 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stay assembly comprising of 7/10 SWG galvanised stay stranded wire of required length fixed to pole with and including flat iron, stay clamps, bolts, nuts, galvanised stay plate 230x 230x 6mm thick, 14mm dia GI stay bow, loop insulator complete all as specified in SSR Part-I & directed including the following:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any type of soil, returning, filling & well ramming including desposal soil to distance not exc.50 mtrs from starting points. (b) PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation.

Re-stringing of existing loose over head line ACSR conductor/GI wire any size/type etc of existing HT/LT pole steel and PCC including replacement of aluminium binding wire or suitable size carefully without damaging of insulator etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Trimming/pruning of the tree branches coming cross electric power head line HT/LT feeder clearing the span and making the free from touching the tree branches complete all as specified and as directed .

Preparation of old painted surfaces and painting of LT steel tubular pole 9 mtrs long from bottom to top with aluminium paint and painting to bottam up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping with sysnthetic enamel paint 2 coats in black and Yellow/white alternate strip including numbering in 8 cm height of number with white paint both paint aluminium /synthetic duly approved by engineer –in-Charge and complete all as directed and specified

Numbering of LT Pole in 8 cm height of number with white paint on black surface both paint aluminium/synthetic duly approved by Engineer in Charge complete as directed and specified.

Dismantling of existing old damage LT pole of any type complete all as directed and specified .

Supplying, transporting, erecting Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 ( 9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block , disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surafces with Aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with Black bituminous paint ) from plinth block and numbering of poles , painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Junction Box made of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet of size 250 x 200 x 150 mm complete with front openable hinged cover and locking arrangements with 4 Nos aluminium bas bar 100 Amps, mounted on porcelin insulator including M&L for MCB SP 10Amp , 10 KA-1No, fixed on box in Din rail complete with electrical connection fixed to pole with suitable size FI clamp nut bolts and washer including duly painted with powder coated paint complete including S&F required size and length of copper conductor cable and making connections complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by mean of GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of GI or steel and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, testing on completion including PCC cover and frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in earthing pit, MS funnel with wire mesh GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for watering and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for the protection of GI wire from earth pit to earth point complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 SSR Part-I. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least one metre away from the earth pit and GI pipe fittings for watering shall be provided up to chamber and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate of earthing.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates, as copping of poles complete all as specified and as directed .

Sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Local approved tibba dry sand after removal of vegetations; grass and other deleterious substances shall be used for sand cushioning.

M&L laying well burnt old size bricks, sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Boring / drilling (Horizontly ) manually under existing road Max 10 M in width ) suitable for passing GI tubing 40 to 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Cleaning the existing painted surface of LT panel by scrapping, making good distrubed surfaces by applying putties on uneven surface to make it even and M&L for spray painting to LT panel of any size with two coat of synthetic enamel paint with desired colour over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting with mandatory driver set having pressure die cast aluminium body and lenses suitable for 60 watt confirming to IP 66 and IK 07 protection having company LOGO ingraved complete lumes high power LED with lenses Lumen efficacy of LED not less than 100 lumen per watt system,efficency power factor >0.95, THD<10% at Full load CRI> 70%, every life class 50000 hrs at the L70,poted driver set , Phase to phase protection at 415 Volts , suitable for pole mounting bracket 40 mm. all releven documents related to luminaries and driver needed to submit for approval .complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of automatic street light timer panel 12 KW /40 Amp switch using Infrared Sensor based for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light. Required illuminance for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF > 10 Lux level. The sensor (nature switch) alongwith suitable power contactors, Input (supply) MCB and output (load) MCB(s), support terminals should be enclosed in pole/ wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR graded SMC junction box conforming to IP-54 degree of ingress three phase 8 KW lightening load capacity including mounting bracket, cable glands, openable doors with lock complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for out door type busbar panel board made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm factory made suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, powder coat painted comprising of the following:- a) TPN, Aluminium bus bar 400 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators. b) Incoming MCCB 200 Amps 36 KA, 415 Vots, 50 Hz, FP. – 1 No c) LED Indicator lamp RYB - 01 set of three. d) Necessary excavation, earth work, PCC lean type D2 and PCC type C2 platform complete all as required.
