Providing Galvanized iron sheet fencing around the Future Development (FD-1) site inS.No.262 pt of Mogappair village, Ambathur Taluk, Chennai District

Earthwork excavation for Foundation (for narrow excavation) to the depth required in all soils and sub soils except soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting but including hard rock requiring blasting and bailing water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with the excavated earth in layers of well not exceeding 150mm thick, well rammed and consolidated, dewatering wherever, shuttering and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift as specified here under and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 0 to 2m depth.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One of cement two of sand and four of broken stone jelly) using 40mm stone jelly for foundation and basement including de- watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cms thick laying, curing etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supply and erection of Galvanized iron sheet Compound wall made out of best approved quality 7.5cm x7.5 cm x 2.0 mm MS Square tubes for vertical post and horizontal bars .The distance between the vertical post and horizontal bars is of 2.45 m c/c & 1.00 m c/c. The entire area covered with best approved quality Galvanized sheet of 0.47 mm thick with required bolts and nuts, labour charges for laying galvanized sheet, welding if necessary and fixing the sheets true to alignment and fixing in position etc all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

supplying and fixing of caution name board of size 60x120 cm using 3.15 mm thick 10 gauge MS Sheet of size 60 x120 cm to a weight of 24.75kg./sqm using stiffeners alround with 20 mmx 6 mm MS flats to a weight of 2.4 kg/m supporting the board with 40 mm dia MS pipe to a wt of 3.16kg /Rmt to a height of 3.3 m inclding the cost of all materials , earthwork excavation , cement concrete 1:5:10 using 40 mm hard broken jelly , lanour charges for cutting , welding the MS Sheet fixing in position and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer for board and pipe letteringthe board with 5 to 10 cm over the new painted surface includingthe cost of paint , labour charges , incidental charges, etc...complete all in respects as directed by the departmental officers.
