Supply and laying High tension XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power stranded aluminium conductor cables of size 3 core 95 sq mm (heavy duty) 11000 volts earthed grade laid in trenches including testing, commissioning etc., complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and laying Low tension XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 3.5 core 400 sqmm (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade connected with suitable lugs laid in trenches including testing commissioning etc., complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of out door type, floor mounted step down transformer, 11KV/ 433 Volts ( At no load) AC 3 phase, 50 Hz, energy efficient level - 3, Amendment No.04, 2021,confirming to IS 1180- 2014, BEE Approved, capacity 315 KVA , oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural- air -natural (ONAN), Class A insulation with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group Dyn- 11 with natural brought out on secondary side (LV) and having tappings at +/- 2.5% to +/- 7.5% , 7positions, on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temprature rise should not exceed 35 degree C in oil and 40 degree C in HV /LV windings when measured by resistance method after countinuous full load run on an ambient temp of 50 degree C and shall also comprise of the following all as specified & directed :- (a) 01 cable box chamber on HV side( primary) consisting of 03 Nos porcelain / epoxy bushing with copper rods complete with nuts and washers, with 01 No cable gland suitable for existing cable. (b) 01 box on LV side( secondary) consisting of 04 Nos epoxy bushing with copper rods complete with nuts and washers with cable glands.

(c) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain plug and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of silica gel. (e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, oil drain filter valve, lifting hooks, oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete. Air release valve plug at four Nos plate soil cast steel detachable rollers. (f) 01 No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree C with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperatre reading indicator with resetting device. (g) 02 Nos earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50 x 6 mm GI earth strip for earthing of body. Rating plate and terminal marking plate.

(h) The transformer shall be erected complete with standard fittings on PCC platform for transformer of size 2X2X2 mtrs including necessary M S channel, angles with nut bolt washer with necessary painting etc (h) Extra bushing for natural, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for natural. (j) First fill of new transformer oil, IS- 335 marked filtered and tested up to 60 KV die electric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes. (k) Providing adequate size and Numbers of channels, embedded in floor, for movement of transformers.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55, 11 meter long all as specified and direced.

Material and labour for cross arm bracing, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including finishing with one coat of primer & two coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and direced.

Material and labour for Pin type, porcelain, vitrous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one GI nuts,150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for anti climbing device, spike type fabricated out of M S bars(round square and flat) including nuts,bolts washers, and welding into two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of pole all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for danger notice plate for HT of size 25 x 20 cm, 1.6 mm thick mild steel, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figure and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed all as specified and as directed.
