PMJTS20025-Painting of civil structures i.e. Mainline pump shed, control buildings (MJPL and SMPL), radio building etc. and water proofing of SMPL control building roof at NRPL Mathura.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proffing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content with With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour : 2 coats

Supplying and applying three coats of textured exterior paints like"Weather coat of Berger", or other equivalent approved brand, ofrequired shade including necessary base coat,scrapping of surface thoroughly, curing, scaffolding etc. complete in all respects inclusiveof cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc.as per manufacturer's recommendations, specification and direction of Site Engineer.

Painting (one or more coats) on rain water, soil, waste and vent pipes and fittings with black anti corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work : 100 mm diameter pipes

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : (a) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. (b) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. (c) Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. (d) Cold flexibility shall be up to -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.
