Material and Labour for point wiring complete with PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including PVC conduit (Medium duty) of suitable size (as per conductor run) with all fittings and accessories concealed in wall and ceiling portion inculding concealed sunk in pressed steel terminal bozes of not less than 2mm thick required size factory made and painted with synthetic enamel paint black paint with including top cover 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet (Make : Hylum) of required colour fixed with brass screws and cup washers with and including 1.5 sqmm FRLS multi stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire drawn in same concealed conduit, connected to main earth and earth dolly including cutting chases and making good as per existing specification for One Light / fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch 5Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan made of steel body complete with louvers shutter including mounting frame, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, 1200 RPM, 36 watt, light duty, copper winding of sweep 250mm and all accessories and including connecting up with 1.50 sqmm three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for Earthing complete with galvinised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level , connecting to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia, protected by galvanised iron light grade pipe 15mm dia and galvanised iron water pipe medium grade 20mm dia upto 7.5 mtr including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates, coping shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, top cover 50mm thick of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @80mm c/c both ways with angle iron frame, pit shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 , funnel with wire gauge (0.68mm) and charcoal dust and common salt all as in shown in electrical plate No-03 of MES SSR Pt-I and specified and including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing complete all as specified and directed Note: The unit quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to included cost of 7.5 M long GI earth wire 4mm dia and protection pipe GI 15 mm dia light grade, GI 20mm dia medium grade watering pipe. Supply and fixing energy efficient LED light fittings 1x 20W, 220 Volt , AC, white reflector cover fitted to body, single tube mounting rail type, connector clock complte pre wired, decorative box type with driver, including 20 Watt LED Tube rod connecting up with and including three core flexible cable conductore cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing energy efficient security light fitting LED with heat shrink, 45W LED lighting luminaires, black/gray stove enamelled finish sheet aluminium housing with sheet steel reflector cover, pre-wired mounted on and including 25mm bore GI pipe, light grade, 1.5metre long mounting bracket made to shape as required and 40x6mm flat iron clamp with bolts and nuts duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and electric connections using suitable size PVC insulated flexible twin core copper cable complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing MCB SP 240 Volt, 50Hz , 10 KA, 'C' series of rating 06 to 32 Amp confirming to IS/IEC-60898-1 & IS/IEC-60947-2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning HT 11 KV indoor type metal clad Vacumm Circuit Breaker (VCB) for incomer or IN & OUT (confirming to IEC 62271,100-200/IS 13118 or revised) triple pole having rupturing capacity 630 Amps, breaking capacity 18.4 KA for 1 second, 630 Amps rated copper busbar, single panel swich board, vertical/horizontal isolation and horizontal draw out type, single break tip free breaker with SPMX mechnism,mounted on truck carriage, complete with self condained operated fully interlocked rack out mechanism, 11 KV totally enclosed extensible pattern with automatic drop download independent spring charging type motor operated circuit closing mechanism including motor suitable for operation on 230 volts, single phase, DC Aux voltage 24 Volt complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contractor should provide design of combination of VCB main panel before incorporate the work quantity of VCB are under:- INCOMING , COUPLER AND OUTGOING MAIN VCB PANEL IN COMBINATION 1.Incomer VCB - 02 Nos. 2. Part, CT & PT operated PT secondary 110 Volts, CT secondary 01 Amps or 05 Amps, accuracy class 0.5s., display digital LCD with backlit. The meter should be BIS-88, power factor range for energy measurement 0 lag to unity to 0 lead, energy calculations as per supplier's specification and suitable for measurement of following parameters :- (i) All basic electric parameter & loads. (ii) Meter should he tamper proof and should have anti-tempering feature. Note : The make of all accessories/ components of VCB will be as per recommendations / make being generally incorporated by the manufacturers of VCB
(II) OUTGOING VCB - 02 Nos :- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning HT 11 KV Vacuum circuit Breaker (VCB), Indoor, 630 Amps, totally enclosed, vertical isolation, Horizontally drawout type suitable for 11 KV 3 phase, 50 Hz effective earthed supply system having a fault level of 350 MVA at 11 KV comprising of the following:-

(xi) Breaker operated auxiliary switches (NO & NC)-04 Nos (e) One busbar chamber frost free exhaust arrangement for moisture including a set of 3 phase 630 Amps copper bus bars. (f) Two Nos 230 Volts AC single phase 80 watt strip heater along with adjustable thermostste for trip.. (g) One Set of red and green vamp for 'ON' &'OFF' indication. (h) The circuit breaker panel should be complete with inter connection, alongwith electrical & mechanical inter locking to allow its switching on only when one of two existing incoming VCBs is "off', internal wiring/cabling, fuses etc.
(j) Electrical release coil of 24 Volts DC as suitable . (k) Shunt trip coil of 24 Volts DC as suitable. (l) Breaker operated auxiliary switches (NO & NC)-04 Nos. (m) One busbar chamber including a set of 3 phase 630 Amps copper busbars (n) Two Nos 230 Volts AC single phase 80 watt strip heater alongwith thermostat for trip. (r) XLPE Cable entry box and terminals should be capable for 2 run of cable connection for loop purpose. Note : The make of all accessories/ components of VCB will be as per recommendations / make being generally incorporated by the manufacturers of VCB.
(III) BY PASS VCB -01 No:- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning HT 11 KV Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB), Indoor, 630 Amps, totally enclosed, vertical isolation, Horizontally drawout type suitable for 11 KV 3 phase, 50 Hz effective earthed supply system having a fault level of 350 MVA at 11 KV comprising of the following:-
(a) Housing for circuit breaker carriage with provision of cable termination. (b) Mechanical inter lock & automatic safety shutter gear including pad lacking arrangement. (c) Isolating plugs. (d) Vacuum circuit breaker unit shall also comprise the following :- (i) Assembly of 3 vacuum interrupters. complete with epoxy support insulators & self aligning figure type isolating contacts. (ii) Truck having integral racking in device for insertion & withdrawal of VCB complete with interlock. (iii) Hand operated and motor operated (220/230 volts AC) for spring charging mechanism with manual closing & tripping push buttons & mechanica! breaker "closed/open", spring charge/discharge indications. (iv) Mechanical operation counter. (v) Electrical release coil of 24 Volts DC as suitable . (vi) Shunt trip coif of 24 Volts DC as suitable. (vii) Charging handle in each VCB in internal pockts. (viii) Operating and maintenance manuals. (ix) VCB description aluminium name plate with engraved letters. (x) Safety shutters.

Supply, installation and commissioning and testing of 11 kV Automatic Voltage Regulator for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, all winding being of copper, indoor type & designed for input variation between 8000 V to 12000 V with output voltage stabilized at 11000 V with accuracy ± 1% of capacity of 1 MVA. The stablizer shall have suitable for inbuilt bypass arrangements at the time of failure and terminal box for input and output for 11 KV HT XLPE cables with glands. It shall be fabricated with Suitable thickness of M.S sheet & epoxy painted.The stabiliser shall have roller type and atleast 24 months (from the date of completion) of warranty. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The AVR should be suitable for working in (-15 Degree Celcius) and 1700 meter above MSL . The following accessories and fitting shall be provided with the Automatic Voltage regulator:- (i) Lifting Lugs – The arrangement to lift the active part of the regulator along with the cover of the tank without disconnecting the connections. (ii) Swivel Type Rollers – The equipment to be provided with 4 nos. rollers fitted on cross channels to facilitate the movement of the equipment. (iii) Earthing Terminals – Two separate earthing terminals are to be provided at the sides of the tank on both side earthing for earthing.
(iv) Diagram and rating plate – One diagram and rating plate indicating the details of the regulator, connection diagram etc. (v) Buck holz relay, oil & winding temperature meter with alarm and trip contacts. (vi) First filling of oil. (vii) Winding - The regulator shall be copper wound with minimum class ‘A’ insulation. The magnetic core shall be made of cold rolled grain oriented low loss steel stampings. (ix) All Spare parts shall be included with the cost. (x) Filter valve top and bottom , Oil filling hole Thermometer pocket, Air release device, Axles and wheels unidirectional shall also be provided. Control and Monitoring Features : The control and monitor system of these voltage regulator should have the following standard features:- (a) ‘Alarm’ lamps which light up when the input voltage exceeds the limits of the specified range. (b) Voltmeter for output voltage. (c) A switch to change from ‘Automatic’ voltage correcting action to ‘Manual’ – This may be necessary in the event something goes wrong eith ‘Automatic’ control. (d) A switch to ‘Raise’ & ‘Lower’ to increase or decrease the output voltage in ‘Manual’ position.
Material and labour for HT Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross setional area 95 sq mm, 3 core suitable for earthed system complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and laying sub class `B` bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for sand cushioning in trenches with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid as per SSR Part-1 2009.
Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for Earthing complete with galvinised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level , connecting to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6 mm, by means of bolt nuts , check nuts nuts and washer of galvanised medium grade pipe 15mm dia upto 7.5 mtr including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 , funnel with wire gauge (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch ,80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320mmx320mm of concree (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm aggregate reinforced with XPM jalli and charcoal dust and common salt all as in shown in electrical plate No-03 of MES SSR Pt-I and specified including provision of earth lead strip protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI Pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm dia medium grade and including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing to and earthing test point/ Transformer neutral / body / LT panel etc. and testing on completion , complete all as specified and directed (Ext Elect = 18, LP=2) Note: The unit quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to included cost of 7.5 M long GI earth strip 32x6 mm and protection pipe of 40 mm bore light grade, GI 20mm dia medium grade watering pipe. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.
Supply and installation of battery bank of 24 Volts 200 AH consisting of 12 Nos Cell of 2 volt each complete with inter cell cooper connector, SS nut Bolt, MS powder coated stand in factory charged condition in VCBs/ OCBs with minimum warranty of 48 months (replacement/ free repair warranty) from date of installation complete all as specified and directed. Make Exide, Luminous, AMCO or its equivalent as approved by GE.
Supply and installation of smart battery bank charger, controlled 24 volt 30 Amp single phase 3 feeder Battery Charger and DC distribution Board in a common cubicle. The charger is suitable for 230 V +/- 10 %, AC input and the output is suitable to charge of 24 VDC 200 AH Batteries and also supply load. The Output Voltage remains constant within +/-2 % for AC Input Voltage variation 230V, load variation 0-100% and Current Rating :-30A complete all as specified and directed.
(C) Site Clearance and Earth Works
Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, and removing the excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
(D) External Water Supply Works
Cutting the 25/40 mm dia GI pipes and fixing the required length/insertion of the Tee, threading for new pipe connections complete all as specified and directed.
