M/L for maintenance and servicing of DG SET complete including draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel , drain out engine oil from the sump , flushing the sump thoroughly and replacing the fuel filter ements 2 nos ,super bypass filter element 1no, oil filter element 2 nos and filling the starting batteries elecrtrolite to be maintain the required specific gravity, applying the petroleum jelly in battery terminal poles and charging , replacing the diesel tank level tube, cleaning the entire DG set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer , checking of voltage ,frequency, amps , fuel, oil , water level and exhuast leakage ...etc .Tightening all the bolts & nuts to the required torque ..etc and testing as directed by Engineer In Charge and recording the test result complete for 250 KVA DG set [Make - CUMMINS , Type - KTA 1150] installed at 515 Army Base Work Shop power house .

Note:- Egine oil /Radiator Coolant Oil/ Spares will paid Separetly.

Repair and maintenance of AMF &with out AMF panel of following capacities of DG sets including routing / preventive maintenance checks for trouble free functioning as reqd.

(i) Checking all electrical connections.

(iv) Checking / replace buttons.

(vi) Checking / replace indicator lamps.

(vii) Checking / replace main , auxliary contacts/relays.

M&L servicing of External Battery Charger 12 volt assy [Make - Naren] by disconnecting the AC supply and taken to service centre after dismantling the same cleaning all accessories, replace the burnt parts like :- diodes , recifiers and DC & AC fuse units and reassambling the same , refitting the engine and testing all as directed .

M/L for fixing the battery charger 24 volt DC in existing control panel including necessary connections , cutting for fixing the volt meter , ammeter and connecting the battery all as directed.

M/L for fixing the battery charger 12 volt DC in existing control panel including necessary connections , cutting for fixing the volt meter , ammeter and connecting the battery all as directed.

S & F in replacement moulded PVC body for low maintanence lead acid battery 12 volts 180 AH all as specified and as directed Make: Exide.

S & F in replacement moulded PVC body for low maintanence lead acid battery 12 volts 130 AH all as specified and as directed Make: Exide.

Providing aluminium clading to the exaust pipe and silencer of the DG sets of engaging highly skilled technicians after removing the existing totally worn out asbestos rope ( wherever available) and prepairing the surface , and including 50mm thick high quality glass wool thermal insulator packing which is bidinding tightly with chicken wiremesh of approved quality to the exhaust pipe and neatly finishing sealing with 24 SWG aluminium sheet all as directed by Engr In Charge

Overhauling of following mentioned radiator assy of DG set by disconnecting and removing from eingine , dismantling the top & bottom chambers , descalling the sediments and scales , corrosion ..etc by means of acid cleanig and high pressure water washing , air cleaning , re assembling the same with new gaskets, including arresting leakage , if any and fixing to the engine with new hoses ,clipes as reqd Note : - The rate qouted shall be inclusive of transporting of the radiator to the workshop and back and all incidental charges.

Comprehensive Maintenace of the following Window/Split ACs/Water cooler/Refrigerator/ Deep freezer of diferent capacities alongwith connected voltage stablizer by carrying out periodically maintenance of plants including cleaning with compressed air to cooling coils, condenser,water wash to the internal cabin, charging of necessary refrigenrant gas at required quantity and carrying out all sort of minor repairs as required ie, checking of the complete wiring,replacement of perished wires and reconnect complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Cost of major spares ie, rewinding /replacement of condensor fan motors,capacitors compressor,blower fan, refrigerant copper tubing,relays etc, if required shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of sch 'A'
