Supply and fix, connecting & testing SPN DBs of 12 way for using MCBs / MCB isolators suitable for single pole and neutral, with IP 43 -IK09 as conforming to IEC 61439-3 & made of high quality CRCA sheet shall have integrated door earthing system, shall have reversible door facility, ergonomic design with rounded corners to protect against damages like bending, peeling of paint hence preventing rusting. DB shall be with Insulated Busbar with withstand capacity of 10kA, shrouded neutral bar, door earthing, corner Safe. wire sets, shrouded neutral bar, earth bar & wire ties, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and Servicing of following ceiling fans /exhaust fan /air circulator fan at site and removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut, bolts, washers, gaskets grease, cotton waste etc and T&P such as chain pulley block ladders nut bolt/ washer and reassembling the fan complete and hanging on its original/ new position complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Item NO 2 to 21 will be fixed under item No 1 and it will be paid and measured seperately.

Material and labour for opening the body cover of fan any type and make and cutting the existing worn out winding with out damaging the stator, removing the coil insulation and putting new insulation of polyster paper, winding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge with correct number of turns of auxillary and main winding and varnishing and backing complete including the soldering new lead of copper wire testing complete including transportation to work shop and back complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- a) Contractor have to make the arrangement for testing of Rewinded fan upto 24hrs at Complaint cell of AGE E/M-II (C) Kirkee b) Fan should be return to MES yard after rewinding within 10 days from the date of issue

The contractor has to liase with the department in case of taking of electric shutdown of each machinery and the contractor shall provide the required arrangement mechinery to work at height because maximum fans/air circulators are at the height of more than 10 mtr. f)Maximum fans are installed at the height upto 12 mtr.
