BIDDERS WILL HAVE TO BID WITH SPECIFIC BRAND/MAKE AND MUST BE CLW APPROVED SOURCES OF MAIN TRANSFORMEROF 3 PHASE LOCOMOTIVE OR OEM OF MAIN TRANSFORMEROF 3 PHASE LOCOMOTIVE OR OEM OF BREATHER OF MAIN TRANSFORMER OF 3 PHASE LOCOMOTIVE ONLY. Firms doing "TPI inspection against OEM'S WTC(work test certificate ) and GC-Guarantee certificate are eligible for bidding in this tender., otherwise offer of firm not doing TPI inspection will be ignored.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Third Party Inspection against OEM's WTC(WORK TEST CERTIFICATE & GC - GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE..

Materials should be supplied in OEM packing.

Manufactures identifications mark along with month & Year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or an boxes/cartons as per drawing/specifications or as per feasibility as the case may be.

MATERIAL TO BE PROCURED FROM CLW APPROVED SOURCES OF MAIN TRANSFORMER OF 3 PHASE LOCOMOTIVE OR OEM OF MAIN TRANSFORMER OF 3 PHASE LOCOMOTIVE OR OEM OF BREATHER OF MAIN TRANSFORMER OF 3 PHASE LOCOMOTIVE ONLY WITH COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY INSPECTION.

If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents, the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.

All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.

Previous experience (R Note or CRN) of supplying similar type materials to Rly. or Rly. approved OEM of main transformer must be submitted.

GC/WC as per latest IRS terms condition must be submitted along with supply.

Delivery should be free at destination. i.e. SSE/D/BGA/SDAH.

If FIRM fails to supply the material as per contract then an amount of 5% of PO Basic value will be cut down equivalent to SD of PO Value ,from firm's pending bill account.

L.D Clause :- For delayed supplies, recovery of liquidated damage (LD) shall be levied at the (0.5%) of the price of the store per week or part of the week during which delivery is accepted and the upper limit for recovery of LD in supply contract is 10%(Ten percent ) of the value of contract irrespective of delays,unless otherwise provided, specially in the contract.
