WORK OF INTERNAL INSPECTION OF 50 MVAR BUS REACTOR AT 400 KV SUB-STATION MORADABAD UNDER ELECTRICITY 400 KV SUB-STATION DIVISION MORADABAD

The following work are to be carried out at 400KV S/S, Moradabad under 400KV S/S Division, Moradabad

Shifting of 30/35 KL empty oil Tank/oil drums from store to near 50 MVAR Bus Reactor for draining of Transformer oil for internal inspection of 50 MVAR Bus Reactor at 400KV Sub-station Moradabad. (Crane & Truck shall be arrange by the contractor).

Draining of oil from 50 MVAR Bus Reactor to oil tanker and empty oil drums by the help of centrifuging machine for internal inspection of 50 MVAR Bus Reactor. (Crane & Centrifuging Machine with Operator shall be arrange by the contractor).

Opening of Jumpers and other associated works.

Opening of inspection plate, dismantling of R Phase Bushing and Turret for internal inspection of 50 MVAR Bus Reactor. (Crane & Centrifuging Machine with Operator Shall be arrange by the contractor).

Providing of dry air generator at time of dismantling of bushing, internal inspection and erection of bushings.

Internal inspection of 50 MVAR Bus Reactor, Checking of Bushing lead, CT Connector, tightening of joints, Connections and all other components inside the main tank of Bus Reactor by the help of testing team.

Erection of dismantled Turret, bushing and fixing of inspection plate and replacement of gasket of open parts of 50 MVAR Bus Reactor.

Centrifuging of Transformer oil in 20 KL oil tanker by Ultra high vacuum oil flitration plant after connecting the centrifuging the pipe with oil tanker to oil filtration plant including taking the BDV value of oil periodically till the required value is achieved. (approx. 25 KL)

Complete evacuation of 50MVAR Bus Reactor main tank and filling of Dry air / Dry nitrogen of dew point-500 C or better in vacuum up to pressure of 0.25Kg/Cm2 and the again evacuating the Transformer tank after required time interval (approx 12/24 Hrs) using centrifuging machine the work shell including connecting pipe of machine as required measuring Due Point values of N2 after every cycle till the required value achieved.

Create the vacuum inside the 50MVAR Bus Reactor before filling the Transformer oil including vacuum standing test.

Filling of centrifuged Transformer oil from oil tanker to Bus Reactor main tank top up upto required level and taking the IR/BDV value oil T/F oil at an interval of 6 hrs. as per norms of Bus Reactor manufacturer. After achieving the desired value (machine shall be provide by the Contractor.(Approx 25 KL).

Jumpering of bushings and ready for energize of Transformer.
