Demolition of mud phuska on roofs any thickness including mud plastering (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removal to a distance exceeding 100 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in padding, coping benching etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer in roof complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment and chiseling the existing bituminous coating and removing rubbish off the premises to a distance exceeding 150 metres and not exceeding 250 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roughning the surface cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour cutting out cracks to V section in existing RCC roof slab or terracing, cleaning out wetting grouting with cement and sand slurry in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in,roof kerb ,padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth, without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour cutting groove in brick wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep for inserting APP polymer membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, after applying neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, including wire brushing, cleaning, washing and preparing roof surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the new or old plastered concretre surfaces and applying a coat of primer @ 0.30 litre/ Sq. m and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/ Sq.m reinforced with non wovenpolyester with 100 mm side lap and 150mm end over with LPG torch flame application, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour, 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on roof and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and jointed grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over and complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 here in before above but except brick tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick work sub class “B” bricks straight or curveted in plan exc. 6mtr mean radius with old size bricks Iin CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as on brick walls finished the surface even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, 110mm double socketed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or remocal to stone of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel/PVC sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting 2mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 0.63 mm thick Galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers in roof with grade of zink coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement 1:4 on faces of concrete surfaceover over 10 mm thick dubbing on wall/ concrete surfaces (edges of chajjas, roof, roof projectios and similar items) in two layers with finished surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement with and incl taking down broken surfaces of concrete and applying two coats of existing finishes and shade complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labpur for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc such as brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke shoots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of cement base pain over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulm, insulation etc )or insulation board/slabs/blanket, any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix False ceiling board at all heights of 600 mmx600 mm x16 mm mineral fibre ceiling tiles of type classic lite RH-99 fine texture of 'Amstrong' laid on existing exposed grid system after levelling, re-alining etc complete all as specified and directed.

Treating soil under existing floor and wall junction using chemical emulsion at the rate of 1 ltr per hole along vertical surface of wall to a depth of 300 mm , 300 mm apart including drilling holes in 45 degree and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour treating at points of contact of wood by chemical emulsion (in Kerosene base solution) at the rate of 0.50 ltr/hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a down ward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same matching with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 34125.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
