Supply and fixing false ceiling at any heights with GRG (Glass Fibre With Semi With fully Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of perforated 12mm thick size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, 12mm thick thick micro tegular design and patterns having moisture micro tegular edged or 10mm content less than 2%, humidity resistanceedged GRG thick square edged of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS false ceiling GRG false ceiling 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS tiles tiles 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners(Sleek) of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000 mm,cross-T(sleek) of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T(sleek) of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1500 mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per manufacturer instruction ,specifications, drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rolling shutter of any description with or without ball bearing & with/ without gear box including taking out lugs etc incl top cover anchoring rod complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel rolling shutter of thickness of laths 1.00mm gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle ,as specified including top cover ,anchoring rod,hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer;eracted in position as indicated,push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Paint will be mesured and paid separatly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolling shutter securing or easing without taking off, cleaning/greasing/oiling/ overoiling/ welding in gear box, crank handle, rolling spring, channels, ball bearing, pully, adjustment of lock device etc, of any description not exceeding 6.00sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Damages if any, caused due to poor workmanship shall be made good by the contractor to match with the existing complete without any extra cost to the department.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 15 cm average depth and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of guage not exceeding 63 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layres not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface using broken stone/boulders etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushion 40mm thick under floors/paver blocks or in foundations including watering and consolidation and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for 80 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any colour, shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 made of M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC(1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free of size 350x250 x 7 /450x350x7mm (Ist quality/Premium quality), in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, over and including rendering 10mm thick plastering as bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting,dado, floor laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in flooring and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6) including grinding and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F windows/ventilators fabricated from 0.6mm thick roll formed section made of galvanised steel powder coated (Base steel as per IS- 513 'D' quality) galvanised as per IS-277 and Zinc quoting of 120 gm/sqm. M & L for polymeric water proofing treatment comprising the following;- (A) Providing 50mm thick average PCC 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) with finished slope of 1:30 to RCC roof slab , testing of RCC slab for any leakage/seepage and making good before carrying out the water proofing treatment. (B) Providing average 15mm thick plaster in CM1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacrer instruction when concrete is still green. (C) After the concrete/plaster is fully dried. It shall be cleaned free from dust and shall be painted with a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 liters/Sqm. (D) After primer, the entire roof surface shall be applied with hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (E) Over hot bitumen, polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film with 3 Kg/Sqm shall be laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as of manufacture’s instructions. (F) Pre casted machine pressed cement concrete tiles 250x250x20-22mm/ 300x300x20-22mm confirming to IS : 1237:1980 laid over 15 mm thick cement mortar screed in 1:4. Joints shall be flushed pointed in CM 1:3., complete all as specified and directed. Note;- The roof treatment work shall be executed by autharised applicator.

M&L for gunniting to RCC works such in column ,beams, slabs, landing, balconies etc by removing loose concrete including plaster cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick to rusted steel reinforcement after removing/ cleaning all rust by sand/grit blasting and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75mm x 75mm with 4mm dia steel wire as facies/drops and similar works etc and expoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sika. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2.5 Kg/sqcm and applying 25mm thick layers of gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) using ordinary port land cement of 43 grade over wherever required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) After placing the additionnal reinforcement all concrete surface shall be throughly scrubbing with brushed washed with water and allow dry and plaster complete all as directed. (ii) Work to be carried out as in patches as directed . (iii) Rate for scaffolding ,15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and TMT bars (where applicable) deemed to be included in quoated rate. (iv) Preparation of surface and applying two coats of OBD with one coat of primer over 1mm thick wall care putty,deemed to be included in this item.

M&L for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5.00mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet inclusive of insolvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Taking down of existing switch board/tube light etc and refixing the same deemed to be included in this item.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Surface Preparation the dry concrete surface using Mild scarification / Grinding equipment to remove any loose material, contaminations and laitance to provide a sound, fine gripping surface. Cut 6mm groove with 1m interval in both direction. Clean the entire floor area using a powerful industrial vacuum cleaner complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for racking out joints upto a depth of 25mm, saw cutting the vertical sides of joints for making edges of joints straight upto the possible extent by keeping maximum width of joint 22 to 24mm, cleaning all loose paticle/dust from the joints by using brushes, compressed air, blowers etc, fixing masking tape along either side of the joints, placing back up sheet 10 to 12 mm thick in position and filled with polyurethane based sealing compound (pitch free ) having 3 mm recess from top of joint after appllying suitable primer as per manufacturer's instructions and removing masking tap, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed.

M&L for racking out joints upto a depth of 25mm, saw cutting the vertical sides of joints for making edges of joints straight upto the possible extent by keeping maximum width of joint 10 to 20mm, cleaning all loose paticle/dust from the joints by using brushes, compressed air, blowers etc, fixing masking tape along either side of the joints, placing back up sheet 10 to 12 mm thick in position and filled with polyurethane based sealing compound (pitch free ) having 3 mm recess from top of joint after appllying suitable primer as per manufacturer's instructions and removing masking tap, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed.
