To bring/carry gunny from store to drier house, printing/marking by machine or manual stancile. Printing material will be supplied by the contractor.
Filling the bags from sugar graders chute, weighing by weighing scale, sewing by machine and keep separately grade wise in the drier house.
To load and carry sugar bags from sugar drier house by man/ vehicle to sugar godown no.1 to 9 and stack upto a hight of 50 bages. The sugar bags can be stacked either from front or back side door.
To load the sugar bags in his own vechicle to the Kisan Sewa Kendra, unload and stack upto a height of 10-12 bags in Kisan Sewa Kendra.
To bring brown sugar from godown / sugar drier house to the sugar melting point as directed by Chief Chemist and to melt for process.

Shifting and stacking of sugar bags in the same godown from one place to other
Shifting of sugar bags from one godown to another including loading, transporation, unloading and stacking.
Unloading of bales/bundles of gunny/ pp bages from trucks/ transport vehicle and to stack upto a height of two bales.
Filling, Weighing, Stitching and stacking of brown sugar produced in sugar season 2021-22 in driar house/ godown.
Shifting of 50kg. moist sugar bages from godown to boiling house and keep it in the place as directed by Chief Chemist and melting for reprocess.
Shifting of filled dry seed / sugar rori bags from grader to dry seed elevator and rori melter. The production of dryseed/ rori will be approx 4% of the production of sugar.

Shifting and stacking of sugar bags from driar house to Distillery Godown by the contractors own vechicles.
During season / off season, if sugar bag damaged , contractor collect the sugar & amp; fill in bag and weight.
Cleaning of godown rates per month basis.
Contract for the cleaning of molasses pit, Drier House, Centrifugal house & collection of sugar dust & Rori shall be melted in rori melter.
