Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Excluding GST)

Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400-1) Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader / tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Excluding GST)

Cement Treated Subbase Construction of stablized granular sub-base by providing well graded material with 2% cement(OPC), spreading in uniform layers with motor grader/Tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepaire suface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Excluding GST)

Cement treated base Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per T.S.C. 405 including stablization with 4% OPC Cement. (Excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 kN static rollar capacity, finished to required level and grades to be fallowed by seal coat ase per technical specification clause 508. (Excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen ) (Excluding GST)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.(Excluding GST)

600 MM Dia Hume Pipe Culvert Excavation of Foundation in ordinary soil (Ioam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead up 30meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches. Concrete with 4cm (1.5"). Gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under floor, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, As per S.I.No.-275.(Excluding GST)
