Taking down cement mortar plaster/terrazo of any description on wall including racking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement based resin modified hard plaster conforming the requirement of World Squash Federation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of wall Surfaces and applying two coats acrylic imported washable paint over a coat of primer conforming the requirement of World Squash Federation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sound board (Tin) 21' x 17" made of wooden frame fixed with GI powder coated sheet complete and game marking on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L game line marking as indicated by Surfaces and applying two coats acrylic imported washable paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old distempered surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down, stopping including brooming down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete incl filling putty/filler work where ever drepression found in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old decorated ceiling surfaces by brooming down, steel wire brushing, scraping down moulds,efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete including filling putty/filler where ever drepression found in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old treated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Make : Super gloss 5 in 1 of ICI or similar in makes as mentioned in PS.

Material & labour for removal old glass partition with door and refixing in same position of all accessories after completion of flooring work complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II : SQUASH COURT (E/M PORTION) Taking down point wiring light / fan / plug / bell / power point in concealed conduit (except conduit for concealed wiring and CI / pressed steel terminal boxes) along with all fittings / fixtures such as switches, socket out lets, bell push, lamp holder, ceiling roses regulators and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm size, PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor cable drawn into existing surface / concealed conduit without conduit and sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes but with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover complete for provn of switches /sockets fan regulators fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour)1.5 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor cable as earth wire and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following including providing connector for connection of tubelight fitting and all type of fans complete all as specified and directed.
