RequiredGST Registration Certificate of the State in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the State in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents.

RequiredThe bidder shall submit a scanned copy and an undertaking on one non-judicial stamp paper duly notarized in a prescribed format that the applicant has not been debarred/blacklisted as on date in any of the departments, and this affidavit must be valid for a period of at least fifteen days from the date of opening of the tender. The firm will also given the undertaking that no relative of blood relation in working in PVMD, CPWD.
