The intending Bidder shall have successfully carried out similar work (AMC/repair servicing/Erection, testing and commissioning of a winch trolley system/Passenger lifts/Escalators/EOT cranes of a 1 tonne capacity or above) for any Central or State Government, PSU, or reputed private organization. In this regard, the bidder must have successfully completed such work as a Prime Contractor in a single project valued at not less than Rs.2.66 Lakhs during the last five financial years (FY 2021 22 to 2025 26). The bidder shall furnish copies of the relevant Work Order and Completion Certificate issued by the competent authority as documentary evidence. For evaluation, the cost of completed works from previous years will be given a 10% simple weightage per year to align them with current price levels.
The bidder shall be an Agency or Firm or Class I or Class A Electrical contractor and shall have registered with the Inspectorate of Lifts, Escalators, and Passenger Conveyors for carrying out the annual maintenance contract.
The intending bidder shall have achieved, in their own name, an average annual turnover of at least Rs.5.32 Lakhs in any two financial years during the last five years (FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26). The bidder must furnish an Annual Turnover Certificate or Profit & Loss statements duly certified by a Chartered Accountant. Financial turnover from previous years will be given a 10% simple weightage per year to align them with current price levels.
