S&F mild steel angle iron posts and struts conforming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250 as in fencing including flat iron, ms round bar, nut and bolts cutting tops for required shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling of similar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 25 cm and not exc 30 cm long, and dia of shunk 11mm to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting new steel / iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer after preparation of the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and strainings, fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying in crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Hot dipped galvanised concertina razer tape coil 900 mm dia, spring steel high tensile centre core wire 2.5mm dia having 200 - 250 gm zink coating, 0-5mm thick razer sheet having 90 - 120 gm, zink coating & minimum 10mm width (before wraping centre core wire), with GI clip 1.6 mm, complete all as specified and as directed

E/M PORTION

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, foundation of poles or stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide but for each additional1.5m or part there of in depth beyond the first 1.5 m for poles or foundation and getting out etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for sand cushoning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches and punned properly complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay burnt bricks sub class· 'B' of size 230x115x75mm laid dry perpendicular to tha direction of cable over sand cushioning in trenches as protection on the cable all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC M-7.5,(1:4:8) type-D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete foundation of poles , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC M-10(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation bed of poles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC M-15,(1:2:4) type-B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings of poles , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Teking out from trenches / pole / pipi /under brick protection LT XLPE cable 1100 volts grade heavy duty, armoured with steel strip of wire, with stranded aluminium conductor of any size 10 Sqmm, 4 core including seggregating serviceable cable and unserviceable length by meggering or any any other suitable and recommended method. Removing unserviceable LT cable from site and deposte to MES Yard and keeping aside serviceable for reuse at same location or any other location complete all as rquired at site and as directed .

Re-Laying in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through pipe serviceable LT XLPE cable 1100 volts grade heavy duty, armoured, with alumn conductor of any size 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-ln-Charge. Note :- LT XLPE Cable of size 10 sqmm x 4 core will be issued as retrieved against srl item 2.10 above

Teking down carefully old street light fitting any type and rating from pole or any indicated situation / location after disconnecting electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully connection wire of size 1.5 sqmm x 1 core connected from junction box to street light fitting from poles at any indicating situation or location after disconnecting electrically and keeping aside for reuse at same location or any other location for street light fitting passing through pole hole / PVC Conduit to juntion box and connected elecrically etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc and commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor LT, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm, 4 core including alumium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore cut to size and fixed along the pole for cable protection including clamp 02 Nos of size 25x4 mm, nut bolts . washers or buried in ground / passing throgh road etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old exisiting Steel tubular pole with cast cast iron base plate, 9.0 meter long from mass concrete PCC Fundation, bed and coping, atter removaI ot junction box. GI brake , GI pipe any Job size. at any indicated situation/ location complete inculiding seggregating useful condition poles and outworn condition poles. Removing unusable pole from site and deposte to MES Yard and keeping aside for reuseable at same location or any other location including complete earth work all as rquired at site or as specified and as directed.

Supply and erect in true vertical position 9.00 meter long steel tubular sewaged pole with singlel swan neck complete with cast iron based plate, final plug volts, nut & screws as specified, type 410 SP-31, Painting of exposed surface of plole with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer, painting up to 1.5 meter hight above coping in alternate band (30 Cm wide strip) with two coats synthetic enamel paint, painting of pole below ground level & entire internal surface with two coat bituminious anticorroshive paint complete all as specified & as directed.

Fixing only Steel tubular pole with cast iron base plate, 9.0 meter long with GI braket retrived against S.No 2.16 abone, after scraping of old paint from pole/ GI braket and preparation of surfaces for repainting. Repainting the poles with one coat of alternative strips of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint balance lenght to be painted with two coats of aluminium paint externally over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 5700K CCT 230V, AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing along with prismatic polycarbonate modular secondary lens optics with IP 66 ingress protection. 4KV in-built surge protection with top opening driver cover for easy maintenance with efficacy not less than 135 lm/W heat resistant. The LED driver shall be of isolated type with Constant Current Constant Voltage topology to ensure optimum driving of LEDs. The LED streetlight shall have power factor more than 0.95. The optical compartment shall be covered with heat resistant toughened glass for safety. The LED Street light should be top maintainable for easy maintenance . LED street light shall be of lntegral type complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The Luminary shall be tested for eletrically, photometric and colour parameter as per IES­ LM-79 : 2008 or IS 16106 : 2012 and LEDs life span will be 13 year

S & F Street light factory fabricated junction box of size -300 x160 x250 mm , made out of 2mmm thick CRCA powder coated sheet. including 63 Amp three phase 4 wire having 4 nos of aluminium bus bar including 6 A, SP MCB. The box should have auto door lock facility with magnetic lock fixed on pole using necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge

Note :-Schedule of credit Rs 1025191.00 will be deducted from total quoted amount while calculating contract sum.
