Demolition of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for providing water proofing treatment with five layered 4mm thick APP (Atactic Poly propylene) modified bituminous membrane re-inforced with non woven polyester mat of weight 180 gms/Sqm as centre core and with multiple layers of polythene finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on bottom portion of the membrane after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm over roof and over the APP membrane provide a polypropylene/ polyester, Non woven geotextile fabric of 150 gsm over the geo textile fabric provide 22 mm thick hydraullically pressed PCC tiles as per IS laid over cement screed bed in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick jointed and pointed. (An overlap of 100mm & 150mm shall be provided on sides ends respectively) etc including removing of existing waterproofing treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 20 mm thick granite machine cut as in steps, window cills, cooking platform, working table etc and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, polishing over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (colour of granite will be decided by the GE/Engr-in-Charge).

Material and Labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
