NOTES FOR ITEM NO. 1 TO 58: 1. Item No. 1 to 58 involved under electrical complaints of any nature related to internal electrification, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, short circuits, no light, cable fault etc. in Technical & Domestic area of 3BRD or as intimated by Engineer-in-Charge. 2. The T&P items, testing lamp etc. shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. 3. The contractor or his authorized rep with moblie phone shall daily visit at complaint cell (9:30 hrs) to collect the complaints and rectify the same within 24 hrs. 4. For non attending of complaints within 24 hrs, panel recovery @ Rs. 100 per complaint per day shall be charged till completion of complaint. 5. Contractor shall consider all these factors in his quoted rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs.16150.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
