Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately. a).Sal wood

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :

a). 125mm(One hundred twenty five milimetre)

Providing and fixing 50 mm special quality chromium plated brass locks with six levers of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m². (Tata/ Jindal Make)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacturer on steel galvanized iron/ steel works etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Two or more coats on new work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 Sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge a).With cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand)

Providing and fixing 10 litre capacity white P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete in all respect as per Engineer-in-Charge (Cera / Hindware make).

Providing and fixing internal work- exposed on wall for Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing including jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. a) 20 mm(Twenty milimetre) nominal outer dia Pipes.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS: 8931 complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (Seiko/ smile/ sparton/Czar/ Smile make).

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (Spartan/ Seiko/ smile/ Czar make).

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately).

a). Anodised Aluminium ( anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 for fixed portion.

b). .Anodised Aluminium ( anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item).

a).With float glass panes of 4 mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg/ Sqm).

b). With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/ Sqm).

Supplying and installation of Research module Laboratory Units (Waldner / Kotterman / Godrej make) with work surface of following size with V-groove type moulding jet black Granite 20mm + - 2 mm thick as per layout along with neoprene strip 2.5” width and 6mm thick SR 998 glue for neoprene mat complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge as well as concerned deptt.
