Welding of Legs : M&L for spot welding the legs/other joints that have become loose of chair verandah duly rubbed to smooth the welded portion. Rest as directed by Engr in Charge.

Rubber Shoes : M&L for Replacement of rubber shoe with new hard rubber shoe of superior quality as required at site complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS FD-75(M) Seat : M&L for removing unserviceable seat frame, S&F new seat frame made out of 2nd class hard wood fixed with 04 Nos. of machine screws 75 mm x 3 mm including caning with superior quality of plastic cane 2 mm half round oval shape for seat and 4 mm for border complete including polishing black colour on seat frame all as specified on drg and directed of size 535x560xmm with frame section of size 20x50mm.

Short Rail: Cutting and providing new threading to old 32 mm bore damaged long rail obtained from ser item No 25.00 above into short rails as per drawing & fixing the same in position including taking out old damaged short rails/legs complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

S&F 12mm thick (7 ply) plywood BWR grade conforming to IS 303, ISI marked of size 1.98m x0.9m in single piece including providing of 02 Nos of stiffeners of size 900mm x 25 mm x 25 mm made of square pipe with required shape fixing with long rails with the help of MS Flat iron clit of size 75mm x 25mm at an appropriate distance so as to fit tightly against the inner pipes of both long rails at an equal intervals to provide more strength to hard top with making necessary holes or perforations shall be made in GI pipe (03 holes on each long rails and 02 holes on each short rails and fixing with counter shunk screw 65 mm long.
